I feel like there is dishonest mechanics that try to replace items that don't need replacing. They brought my engine filter in and said it needed to be replaced. It was barely even dirty. Also, the customer before me was told that it is customer appreciation month and it is $20 off. The first mechanic that came to talk to me said the same thing but then a second mechanic came in and asked if I had a coupon. I said what do I need a coupon for? He said if I had one that he could give me $20 off the filter. I said why do I need a coupon when it is customer appreciation month and I get $20 off anyway? He just said Oh and walked back into the shop. I don't think I will be returning. I don't like mechanics thinking they can try to lie to me just because I'm a woman. They didn't even try to lie to the man that came before me and tell him something needed to be replaced when it didn't need it. They just did what he asked for.
Update: After speaking with the manager, Aaron, I feel better about the service I will receive in the future. Thank you Aaron for speaking with me.

As per usual, the team is friendly and knowledgeable. They were quick and took care of my truck. Aaron always takes time to come out and chat before he has my truck serviced. The team took great care of my truck and was very professional.

David was nice and had a smile for me. The Synthetic Oil Change & Emissions test went smoothly. The other 2 gentlemen who worked on my car were alright. I always recommend Grease Monkey because of my first meeting with Aaron (the Manager)was extremely comforting and reassuring. Probably the best customer service I've ever experienced at an auto shop. They absolutely went out of the way to make sure I was taken care of.. I was in town on business and had a dead battery at the hotel across the street. They came right over and jumped the car so I could bring it in. Got a new battery and oil change and they even went to get my preferred oil for the change. Can't say enough about this place, if I were closer they would for sure be my choice for maintenance! Well Done!

I've been going there since the first day they opened they have always been professional and very quick on changing my oil. I probably have the one and only baseball cap that was given to me by the owner.

Never heard of charging $80 to $100 to change an air filter on top of the price of the oil change not good won't be returning.
