In 43 years of getting my hair cut, I've never had someone eat with one hand and use the clippers with their other hand. Today that all changed. Worst cut I've ever gotten and most unprofessional thing I've seen in a very long time. Lesson learned. I will never visit this or any other great clips again. Advice to others, spend the extra money and go to an actual barber. It's literally $10 more dollars. That's on me though.

Not pleasant experience. The haircut wasnt evenly cut. The guy looked a little intimidating and he was harsh on my head with the way he brushed and rolled the chair around. Although I made sure to tip him, which i regret now.

Quick service...charming and polite young lady...she didn't seem rushed and paid attention to detail, although my haircut was finished in about 15 minutes. Will come back to thus location.

I needed a refresh on my pixie and decided to try Great Clips. I was skeptical but took a chance and glad I did. I checked in online and made my way to the Yale location. I was greeted immediately upon entering and seated. The stylist asked what I wanted and to be honest I didn’t know how to explain precisely but I tried. She knew and did exactly what I was looking for. My haircut was amazing and exactly what I visioned. Latasha did an amazing job and she let me know if there was anything off once I styled it to come back the next day and she would fix it. I give this place a 10/10 for the convenience of being able to check in online as it allows you to know when you can head there and not have to sit and wait. And I especially give Latasha a 10/10 for knowing what she is doing and great customer service. I’ll be back for my refresh

I wish I had read the reviews before I came here.
I didn’t think that cutting four inches off the bottom of my hair and literally nothing else would be a challenge but apparently I was wrong.
After showing how much I wanted cut off and reiterating four inches the guy cut over a FOOT off my hair. And it’s not even in the front. To get it fixed I’m going to have to get even more cut off.
When I called back to complain the woman who answered the phone tried to argue with me and say she saw the other guy double check the length with me.
I don’t have enough hair left to put into the bun I do everyday to keep my hair out of my face. It’s to take a year and a half to grow back to the length that I originally asked for.
If you want this place to wreck your hair you’re in the right place, otherwise go somewhere else.

Just moved in across the street! Had my first haircut with Annie who was such a doll. A true pleasure..great service. And a great haircut! Definitely recommend
