Inaccurate wait time with the App. Waited much longer than App showed. Only had one stylist cutting hair. Several customers left.

I had a bad experience at this place recently.
Having a hair cut for men.
1. This place is $2-$3 more expensive that other Great Clips store nearby.
2. The lady who cut my hear was not friendly.
a. When showing me the mirror to take a look at the back of my head, I noticed some even spot, so I kindly asked for a touch up. She complained this and that before eventually did it.
b. She did not even trim the sides and the temple areas. I have to do it myself when I got home.
3. I gave $5 tips for the service anyway.

Horrible customer service. Walked in at 10:00 am, saw one stylist working on customer. Another stylist was in office towards the back, probably doing administrative duties - perhaps making a schedule etc. When she saw me walk in, she closed the office door. I felt like it was a slap in the face. This is with 2 other customers waiting so there is now a total of 3 customers waiting in lobby with only 1 stylist working while the other is NOT prioritizing the customers. Wait time was up to 35 minutes according to their queue. Not ever going back again to this location - where customers are NOT a priority.

Jassy did a great job on my son’s haircut even though his hair was full of “glue”. He was very happy and kept telling me in the car how nice and funny she was! Thanks Jassy!

Jasmine did a great job on my haircut! Though I have a shorter style, I am still quite particular. She made every effort to make sure my haircut was exactly as I wanted. Great service. Great atmosphere. Overall, great experience.

I would give this place no stars if I had the option.
I walked in and no welcome at all looked like they didn't want to be bothered with anything . I asked for a trim on my layers. Looked liked she didn't want to do what I asked for. She only did what felt like a nibble on only one side of my hair. And complained she couldn't do the rest of my hair! No trim at all. Leaving it uneven! I got up thinking I was going to be charged a bit. But instead still charged me $19! I really shouldn't have paid! I had to go home and fixed what was done! Not happy at all! Never coming back!

$19 hair cut. You get what you pay for. Luckily my wife was able to repair the damage.
