I’ve had a bad experience with this location. The online check-in system often doesn’t work properly, which makes scheduling inconvenient. Even when I call to confirm an appointment, the communication is inconsistent — they tend to change their wording or give different information, which feels unprofessional and unreliable.

Genuinely never gotten a bad haircut here. I've spent $60-80 on salon cuts that were disappointing and took an hour, while for $20 the ladies here always get a nice shape and clean look. Basic, but the shop is clean and quiet, the ladies are talented, and it's very affordable.

Showed up at 5:40 and they had the locks on and were walking out even though I pre booked an appointment and they only close a 6:00pm

Two of us arrived 10 mins before closing time and they were locked. No one inside - two employees inside and cleaning up. I knocked and was told rudely “we are closed”. I said I checked in online and it said that walk-ins were allowed as long as we got there before closing time. Again told rudely - “We are closed”. Not a hint of apology or softness but just brazen entitlement. If the owner of this franchise is listening - take note of lost revenue.
