The 2 staff members at the front of the building were professional but the manager was unreasonably rude, hostile and unprofessional. She lacked professionalism. I went in to open a business account and the manager was blatantly disrespectful, she could not control her emotions. And after that I did not want to go forward with cultivating a bond with them, especially with the people. It’s better to be alone than to be accompanied by malicious individuals.

And after that I did not want to go forward with cultivating a bond worth the firm, especially with the people. It's better to be alone than to be accompanied by malicious individuals.

Worst bank, they will call you and then hang up on you while you’re getting the information you need. Can never get ahold of anyone, won’t email you anything, they make you go into the branch even when you live an hour away. Ghetto and rude, don’t go here. Run far away.

Update: This company is ridiculous!!!! They still had my account incorrect and I thought they cleared it up the last time but when I tried to pay July they hadn't added my June payment and was charging me again. I spent over an hour on the phone with these rude employees, who don't listen and puts the blame on you. I'm so over it and wish I would've done my research before getting an account with them. If I could give a half star I wouldn't even give them that.DO NOT get an account with this credit Union. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! They will reverse your payment and tell you some info was not correct which is the same info I use every month. They won’t notify you although they have your email, phone and address.No accountability…. One department puts it on another.Customer service is joke and they don’t care. The staff needs some sensitivity training. The collections rep. that I spoke with said it’s the member’s responsibility to make sure the payment went through. If I got a confirmation #, why do I need to follow up to make sure the payment posted? If there was an issue why wouldn’t they notify you? Trust me and do yourself a favor….find another credit Union to use.

I wouldn't finance a bicycle through this place.. customer service is a joke... and they can't keep up with their paperwork.... on time with payments for over a year and they have me delinquent even after sending in proper paperwork to prove I had been paying on time.... this has been going on for 2 months with no hope in site of getting it taken care of....

*This is a review off the company, and the mobile site. Not the specific branch location.*I have been with this company for about 5 months now on my auto loan. From day one, I have not been able to get a single person to activate my online autopayments. I have submitted many, many documents with all the requested bank account information, and routing information. But every time I speak with someone. "oh well, I did my part i don't know where someone else messed up..." i'll be transferred over and over again.The app? It's not worth it. At all. Can't see my loan on the app, you have to use the online webpage. Unable to setup autopay on the app. Can't set it up on the website. So every month, during the business hours of the day, I have to call, and be transferred around just to make a payment on the phone. No different then living back in 2004 paying over the phone. It's a joke. I work 12-15 hour shift work. Being able to dedicate 15 mins on the phone from within the plant site, and reading out my debit card number to pay a payment over the phone is just irritating.Please, just fix your app. And get your people to understand the process. It's not a hard feature to implement... Everyone. Every company. Every business has this feature. Except Greater Texas Credit Union..

This is the best credit union in Houston, TX and the service is impeccable. The branch is always clean. The entire staff know their members and that's a plus for me. Always greeted with a smile.

Great customer service! All the employees there are always willing to help you. They acknowledge you as you come in and whenever possible they say goodbye. I highly recommend them for all your banking needs. Very friendly personal.

You will be asked for a security questions from the automated banking system. If, you forgot it or it wasn't one of your security questions when you created your online account,...not a good thing. Wish the system wouldn't ask for so many security questions.. Everything else is great.

I have been a member since the Houston office opening in 1981. For 30 years, this was my only bank. The personal service is invaluable. It's nice to still be able to walk in a place and people know who you are, and know your character. There is a sense of peace I experience being a member here.
