Had a bad first impression at this location so I doubt I’ll ever return. Came to this store today, there was 2 employees. One was busy with customers and the other one was on a computer. We patiently waited for the girl that was in the computer to help us. Right off the bat she had this hostile attitude and rude tone for no reason. We asked her to cancel the transaction and left. Called the store manager Monica Rodriguez to put a formal complain but it sent me straight to voicemail. That kind of behavior shouldn’t be tolerated, be nicer to your customers. You guys pledge exceptional customer service, do better.
