We were there to shop for my daughter's wedding dress today. She was trying dresses that were $350 on average. The changing rooms are really small, we could fit to help her put on the dress but since the doors open into the changing room, it was hard to get out. The worst part was that they have a room with two full length mirrors but they did not allow her to step in for 1 minute to see herself on the mirror. There was no one else at the store but the attendants said the owner does not want anyone seeing themselves in the mirror unless they are tying a quinceañera dress. I don't understand how a mirror cannot be used by someone trying to buy a $350-$400 dress! I understand that's their rule, but unless your a 15 year girl - you can't use their mirrors. Kinda hard to decide to buy a dress if you can't see yourself in it. (They have a VERY small mirror in the changing room - but you have to get out and try to keep the door open to really get a small glimpse of how you look). Wouldn't buy from here unless they allowed brides to see themselves in the mirrors.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would . Extremely rude girl at counter. Went in this evening and asked if they let customers try on dresses( my daughters quinceañera is coming up) after the front counter associate told me it would be 10$ to try on dresses I agreed and paid the 10$ . After getting to the dressing rooms I ask her where the remainder of the dresses we requested to try on were she THEN informed me it was 10$ per dress try on . If she would have been up front I would have definitely not agreed to 10$ per dress try on as my daughter had her eye on 3 of them .after informing her of the miscommunication she immediately was extremely rude , proceeded to return my 10$ I originally paid under the impression we would be able to try on at least 3 dresses and basically kicked our family out of the store . SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME and make a U turn and head to Lina V . Formals who are accommodating, extraordinarily helpful and kind . Steer clear of this business . The owners need reevaluate their staff and their attitudes . This review is coming from a business owner who has a pretty big staff and was out looking to keep money and business where some of my businesses are located to keep money in local mom and pop shops . But most definitely do not have an issue spending 1k at Lina formals where my hard earned money is appreciated and valued . DO NOT SHOP HERE .

Great place to shop for any formal occasions.Prices are very reasonable compared to other locations in the area.And we had no shipping fee's on our brides maid dresses that had to be ordered unlike another place in the same area. This place was worth the trip !

This place is one of the best places to get your dream dress they have the best qualities of dress with different Styles and colors they have always been my go to for all my occasions that has been going on in my life their customer service is beyond Great the employees are always Nice and always helps Me and my sisters to find what we like and about the wedding dresses they always have stunning dress even if you dont see what You might have in mind they can show you from a catalog to see if you like anything and they have a lot of stunning collections of wedding dresses as well In the catalog dont hesitate to ask them about it if you didnt see what your looking for

Went today with my bridesmaids. The lady measured us all spot on. She was polite, and the selection of dresses were very nice- lots of options! Only downside I had to pay to try on wedding dresses

Did not like this place at all, one of the workers did try and help but the owner or owners wife was rude. Would not come back at all.
