I had a very disappointing experience with Gucci’s sales associate, Jing Xia. Her service was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. While I was trying on shoes, she kept disappearing, and it was difficult to find her when I needed assistance. Later, when I needed a different size that wasn’t available in the store, she arranged for it to be shipped to the store for pickup. However, she failed to provide any updates for over a week.
When I eventually went to the store to pick up the shoes myself, Jing was there but made no effort to assist me. Even after her colleague notified her that I was waiting, she simply said she was aware and didn’t bother to come over to apologize or help.
If this is the standard of service Gucci offers, I don’t see the point of opening new stores—because customers will simply stop coming back. Very disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning.

For a luxury brand they don’t even have a protocol or process for returns. We returned a bag 2 days after purchase still in box about 1 1/2 weeks ago and they are apparently still processing it after they told me I would have the money back yesterday. After a call today they are now telling me to wait another 10 days.
This place is a hassle! For the amount of money we pay for their products they should have a better return processing system.

THIS STORE NEVER ANSWERS!!!!!! I also have the phone numbers for two of the employees with their work cells and they don’t answer those either. ( I thought this would eliminate any issues as it has with every other store that I shop at. I have one person I deal with it just makes things easier)
I dropped my belt off exactly a month ago for repair. I was given no paperwork. She did something in the computer. I assume she put it under my account. I’m hoping And she told me somebody would be in touch with me. I’ve had no call no email. Nobody will answer the call. You get the call answering service. They send a message to the store. Nobody ever calls you back. Gucci just has horrible service. Read the reviews. These people are telling the truth and then Customer Service tells me that they’re not answering because they’re so busy no way in hell I have been in that store so many times and I guarantee you they were way more employees than there are customers. Just another example of a business that wants your money and doesn’t give a damn about the customer! The only time I get a response is when I’m coming to purchase something then they’re available but with my last purchase through Andrew, he tells me to come in He’s going to be there and have the item ready for me I get ther and he’s taking the day off. Nobody knows what item it is took half an hour to sit there and find it. I just can’t even find the words to tell you how pathetic this store is. Do better…..

Most judgemental and unhelpful employees that I've ever encountered. I came in here to shop for a fragrance and was completely ignored. I even tried to walk up to the register for help and the attendants walked away as soon as I stepped up. Then I had to ask for help and the employee told me I was better off buying the fragrance from Nordstrom.... Excuse you? That's just ridiculous.
This was really disappointing because I've used Gucci fragrances as my signature for years. That will be changing though. I'm not going to give my money to a brand that disrespects me as such.

Fresh H. was my associate the day I went in and she absolutely delighted me with her hospitality! She walked up and down that showroom with me without any ounce of frustration. Not only did she excel in person, but she also took the time to mail me a HANDWRITTEN letter expressing her appreciation. I had a previous salesman that excelled but she did all of that and more. Ignore the nasty reviews and go directly to Ms. Fresh and she will undoubtedly make you as happy as she did me!

I visited this store this past Sunday, and Irene was such a delight. She assisted me with picking out outfit for my niece as a birthday present. 10/10 service!

Absolutely horrible! I made a purchase over two and a half weeks ago and have heard nothing from them. I’ve called, chatted, and left messages and it’s been crickets. I’m going to have to drive 5 hours back to ask for a refund and cancel my order! I stopped in Tod’s when I left there and did the same thing, in-store purchase and a purchase to be shipped to my home. My Tod’s order came four days later! I expected so much more from Gucci! Never again!!!!

I purchased a pair of Gucci sunglasses from a boutique inside the Golden Nugget Casino. The sunglasses were made with the arms at the bottom of the glasses, which made them very susceptible to breaking. Well the glasses broke. Gucci claims they have a one year warranty on their glasses, but when I sent the glasses back they told me they no longer make these glasses and do not have the parts to repair it. So now I am out of $400 and a pair of glasses. It is really unfortunate as I have bought several pairs of sunglasses from them, and never had an issue, until I purchased these. There is a reason they no longer make these sunglasses. They look like they are defective. I am very disappointed, and will never buy another pair of Gucci sunglasses and will tell all of my friends not to buy as well. Stand by your warranty, Gucci, or send me another pair.
