On a whim, I decided to buy a guitar. I hadn't played in over 25 years. I told the salesman that I played classic acoustic guitars, ie Yamaha, Takamine, and a friend's Martin. I taught myself to play when I was 15, and always fingerpicked, basically played old James Taylor, Bob Dylan, and alot of folk style music. The ONLY thing the salesman heard was Martin so he hands me a Martin 00015 Auditorium. I sat down to play and OMG the strings felt like needles on my fingers! I told him how bad it hurt and was told "you'll grow into it, come back and take lessons, it's a great investment " I should have walked out right then, but I it had been so long since I played that I thought maybe it would get better HA! Now I have a brand new Martin that has only been out of the case ONCE for about 15 seconds. I have no idea what to do to get the right guitar for me and sell this one! I doubt seriously they'll buy it back. The pick guard is still on it! Very frustrated and disappointed.

In and out to get a guitar restrung. Compared to the other location that told us 2 weeks, it was about 10-15 mins. If that and they were pretty busy.

Poor customer service! Went in ready to buy and was waiting for the sales person to finish talking to another customer. I stood there and he saw me waiting for him. After he finished talking to the customer, he took off to the back of the store. Didn't seem like he wanted to be inconvenienced so we left. We were trying to support a brick and mortar store instead of purchasing on Amazon. We are very disappointed and will not be back.

I went in with an issue with my electric guitar and came out with a solution that works. I also bought a fender amp at a bargain.

I was buying a gift for my son while he was in the store with me. I was able to check out and hide the gift in seconds!! Love the staff! Fun, sociable, huge help, clean store, all of the good things! Will definitely be back. Have been a customer for 15 yrs starting at the store in Merriville, IN.

Typically when I come to a store I want to be left alone and they did just that. No one asked ANYTHING. Lol. No complaining though. This was the place to strengthen dreams. Important to be able to touch gear. Should do better keeping display and demo operational.
