If you have gas, that's your issue. If you need gas, you can come here, for pretty decent prices but not the best in town. Better than most though. HEB gas is actually sometimes some of the cheapest you can get and I'm not sure why that is, but it seems to be consistently the case. You can come here and check it out for yourself. It's a good place to get gas in that regard and it's usually in the 10% of cheapest gas in Katy and slightly morally better than going to Walmart, which is usually cheaper.

I ordered a cake for my sons birthday who has passed away. He will forever be 21. This day is already hard for my family and I am so disappointed and feel unimportant by our favorite store really bothers me.We celebrate my son because he is our hero. The cake that they try to give me looked like my 2 year old nephews wrote on it with barely any icing. I have never had a complaint about this store but this is so not ok. The attendant try to tell me it will take so long to redo. Then took it back wrote over the existing writing. When I asked for a manager she told he was not there today. Then he walked up. He told them to take it back rewrite it. They did but still it looked rushed. HEB you have to better. These days every family is going threw things and we count on you in times like these. I am so disappointed and greatly saddened.

I have a problem with prices not matching at check out. This happens all the time and I'm constantly having to check my receipt before I leave the store. Prices have gone up enough without being cheated by this store. This has happened to me two weeks in a row, A bag of apples rang up a dollar more than what the sign said. I brought it to the attention of the store manager on duty. She said okay sorry. Went to a cashier and got a dollar. And with a smirk on her face handed it to me by holding it between two fingers like she was smoking a cigarette. I did not appreciate her attitude. However, I said thank you and moved on. But, I just went back this week to get another bag of those Kidz Pick apples because they are really good. And to my surprise once again they rang up a dollar more. AGAIN. Luckily I caught it at the register and the cashier was able to correct it. So my question is this. When I let a store manager know about an issue and they don't even care enough to fix it. Then who do I go to? Because I find price discrepancies all the time when I shop at the Fry Rd. store. This is just the first time I'm leaving a review, because I'm sick of it. Lost money adds up. Having managers who don't care is not good business practice HEB. DO BETTER!

I'm surprised this HEB isn't rated higher. Pre-pandemic this store was always super crowded, so I didn't enjoy shopping there. Since the pandemic I've only used their curbside pickup. It has been wonderful. Every now and then they mess up an order or do some crazy substitution. However they are quick to recognize mistakes and take steps to fix them. Curbside employees are courteous and prompt. The shopping app is well stocked so I usually find what I need. I shop there 2-3 times per week and has always been a pleasant experience. Curbside works so well that I haven't had to ho into the store in over a year. The pharmacy does a decent job also, no complaints yet. Prices are better than their competition, so what's not to like?

I typically like the HEB on fry and park row but today this was a bit to far. Today I purchased a milk that expiration date was today no problem ill just call them let me know and I will bring it back. My problem was when the representative started laughing at the end of the call . I was kind of shocked like this is what customer service is now .

I had to take the time to share of the epitome of excellent customer service!!! I called the deli on Friday to order a sandwich tray. After asking questions, placed an order for a ham & turkey sandwich tray for an event the next day. I arrived yesterday to pick up the tray. The guy handed it to me and it was wrong!! It was chicken salad!! My event started in an 1 hr. I was upset but I remained calm. I was upset because the young lady I spoke with the day before repeated it back but not only that during our conversation I stressed that I did NOT want chicken salad!! The young guy called the manager to come down to speak with me. The manager, Chris, immediately apologized for the error and I really appreciated that acknowledgement!!! He stated he would have someone immediately make the correct tray and it would be ready in 15 or so minutes. Not only did they make the correct tray nicely but Chris personally brought it out to me. Then he put the icing on the cake and gave me a card and said the tray was on HEB!!! I didn't expect it and was just wanting to get what I initially requested. However, Chris's level of professionalism, desire to rectify an error immediately, and above and beyond customer service definitely has made me an HEB customer for life!! Thanks Chris!!! Great job!!

Extremely rude team member Luca. I simply asked him if he could see if you had anymore ice cream cones. He was in the same aisle as me. He's like...I don't know. I said is there a manager I can ask. He's like go to the front and look for a blue shirt. Wow really!!! Like you cannot help me? I said you work here right?? I was like thank you. He's said no THANK YOU with all of his sarcasm!!! Unnecessary

I've been going to the same HEB for 2 years now and I recently moved so this location is now closer to me. I know I can't be the only person that gets used to their grocery store and was a little sad it has to change... but I'm so pleased with this location.I moved during Covid so the "norm" is a little different but there is always someone standing at the entrance with disinfectant greeting people, the wipes by the handheld baskets are always stocked, and the hand sanitizer station is always full. Employees always have masks on correctly. I've done curbside pick up at this location twice now and it has been so effortless. The employees have been so prompt and pleasant. Definitely makes an already convenient service that much better. Thank HEB!

This has got to be one of the worse HEB stores I have ever shopped at. The sad thing is that it is less than 10 minutes away from me. Normally I go to Bunker Hill are Fry Road in Cypress to avoid 1550 FryThe Supervisors are rude, the employees look unhappy and there is no sign of customer serviceFor example, I had to purchase dog food for NOLA. my German Shepherd. Against my better judgment I stopped in there. While I was shopping there was an advertisement that said, download app and get $5 off. I stood in the store and immediately downloaded the app. I bought more than I needed just to take advantage of the offerWhen I got to the register I told the clerk that I needed to use the app for my discount but I could not find it. Her reply was you have to pull it up. I explained that I never used it before. She tried and then called her supervisor. I was told you are supposed to do that at home and it takes a couple of days for it to download. Wait, hold up I said I would not have bought all of this if it wasn't for the app advertisement. What can you do to help me. She repeated herself, like I said......By this time I became frustrated because I was certain she could do something. She took a deep breath and said I am not supposed to do this but I will override and give you the discount this time. But you are supposed to use the app. In the middle of helping me, she called someone and said finish thisI said you are really not showing customer service How can you just walk away. Her response was I am helping another customer, I gave you the discountAll right what is your name again because this should have gone a lot differentI walked out of the store feeling quite agitated. As I got to my car a Welcome To HEB popped up on the app. Please enjoy a gallon of H‑E‑B ice cream. which just so happen to be my favorite ice cream. I did not want to go back in that store. It will be a long time before I visit 1550. When I told my family about my experience they said we been stopped going to that locationThey really need some customer service training. Especially on the way they talk to people

They need to work on the simple things; like if you unlock your doors at 6am, move the carts out of the way. I don't think employees working early hours want you there yet.
