2 hours before closing time and I'm standing at the outside counter to pay cash. The young girl working grabbed a trash bag and left her booth
When she saw me pull in. I waited 2 to 4 minutes assuming she would come back to her paying customer. She did not. When I went walking past pumps to find her to no avail I returned to my car in search of a gas station with employees actually working. As I pulled off I finally found her standing motionless on the outside pumps furthest away from the pay booth, large empty plastic trash bag resting in one hand, and in the other hand, vigorously busy, her cell phone. Grateful Murphys was a stones throw away; although their set-up is identical someone was actually working rather than avoiding it. Ridiculous!

Added this to my car for extra $7 and now my car has a Sevice light on!

Best regards, I am a customer of HEB for many years. HEB urgently needs to educate its young staff on how to treat older people. today was a bad day for me and my wife is this store. HEB was our favorite store but so I decided with my wife to do our shopping in other stores. I hope they can educate their staff so they can provide better service. Thanks

I am sorry I did not get a name but the gentleman was working this morning: 1/8/2018 at 7:30 a.m. He was very friendly- said hello to each customer , bid each customer a good day and even came out to remove the pump from my car once my gas was done because he thought I was cold and did not want me to get out of the car. He should be recognized for his above and beyond behavior.

I do anything I can to avoid this heb. Terrible selection. Barely if none of the fruits and veggies are offered organic. Meat selection is the pits as its all hormone filled and pumped with sodium and junk. Processed paradise. Don't even bother with the seafood corner where nothing is wild caught. I can never find the products that I find at Bunker Hill. Only cool thing here I guess is the fresh tortillas. It's too bad I don't really eat those anyways. I wish i still lived closer to bunker hill Heb. Life was so good then. They have a wonderful selection as well as organic and cleaner options. And a new drive through shopping experience. Now Kroger gets my business Only because the hyway 6 heb is so crappy.
