H-E-B pharmacy at Montrose Market consistently has the best Pharmaceutical customer service in the Montrose! They are always incredibly busy and they always find time to greet every customer with a warm smile. Good job and thank you so much for setting an example. Whether I'm calling you on the phone, walking up to the counter, or receiving a vaccination you guys are amazing.

The best pharmacy ever. Honestly, since I moved to Texas, I am so happy I found H-E-B pharmacy especially this location because they’re understanding down to earth and they understand peoples unique situations and I just have to give them a five star. In New York City, pharmacies could care less about you. I just had to give a shout out to this pharmacy staff. I don’t even leave reviews like that.

Beautiful pharmacy service, when calling prescriptions - they are straight to the point and dont have you going in circles like Walgreens or CVS !

My prescription came to this pharmacy on October 5 and it’s October 13 and they didn’t even try to fill it. The prescription has just been sitting there unfilled. I had to call up there to get them to fill it and they said it would be ready in an hour. I’m lucky that the prescription wasn’t on back order… Which I presumed it would be as it’s on the shortage list…which is why I sent it over two weeks before I actually needed it. If it were actually on backorder, I’d be running the risk of not having what I needed if I just relied on this pharmacy to do what a pharmacy should do, which is full prescriptions. They also said they would set up a profile for me but they never turned on notifications so I had no idea this was happening. I don’t have time to to track down my prescription every month so I will be looking into other options.

All the old staff are gone! I was only away for a year. The new staff is unhelpful. Worse, I have decided to go to a different pharamacy because Synthroid, what I depend on to live, is not rare. I should not have to wait 2 days every time I renew the prescription. Shame on HEB.

Our main HEB location, ample selection, fresh produce and meat options, and a helpful staff with excellent customer service it gets busy and you may have to search a little for parking but be patient because a spot will open up.
