I had a very disappointing experience with the pharmacist at this location.the guy He was extremely rude and unprofessional when I asked a simple question about my prescription. Instead of helping, he responded with a bad attitude and made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting where patients expect courtesy and support. I hope the management addresses this issue seriously, as no customer should be treated this way.

Don't go to this pharmacy, asian male pharmacist purposely withheld information on a prescription price just to make me transfer it and when I couldn't afford it called another HEB that hand the medication, could not transfer my script to them because you can only transfer once, he knew the price but did not want to tell me. This pharmacy does bad business.

I transferred from cvs to H-E-B pharmacy recently and I went to go pick up my medication last week and there was this really nice girl up front,and even though there was a long line she was really helpful and efficient.And made the line move quickly without rushing ,she told me her name was Desiree and I would love for her to know she did a great job!!!!Very nice

Great pharmacist technician very friendly and had a beautiful smile. Desiree was her name. She was very polite and not rushing, she took her to help with my mom's prescriptions. Will be coming back she made me feel very satisfied at this pharmacy. I will be transferring my medications from Walgreens to get here as well with my mom's. Thank you Desiree.

Friendly, helpful pharmacist. Frequently you can get in and out quickly, but not always. They are also busy because they are good at it.

I cannot even explain the relief at having found a pharmacy that actually cares about their patients. I have been going to Walgreens and it has been nothing but headache after headache. Kacy, on her own, went and found me a prescription card so I could afford my medication. I am beyond appreciative of her.

This pharmacy rarely has my prescription ready when they say it will be ready.
The staff doesn't seem to know how to apply coupons somehow for my perscription.
The staff are clearly overwhelmed, they asked me to come back another day because they didn't know what to do.
My suggestion to HEB, is to spend some time training your partners rather than just hoping I will come back numerous times for one perscription.
