Amazing staff, always helpful and friendly! I was very sick twice and they delivered my prescriptions free of charge both times. I was informed that as of January 2024 there will be a $7.00 charge but when you are sick and cannot get out, it is worth it.

I've been pretty happy with HEB Vintage Pharmacy for about 6 months until this week when they dropped the ball. I refilled my RX online, went to pick it up about 6 or 7 days later and they said they had nothing filled and asked what medication I needed. When I told them they said they didn't carry that drug anymore. No one had called to advise me of this in the week since I ordered it and I had one pill left. I had to scramble to find the medication, have the RX transferred and get it filled. I'm not sure I will do business with them again. This was very unprofessional and uncaring and I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.

Use to be a legit Pharmacy with awesome service! Here lately though they get some pharmacist that are not willing to go out of their way to help or make life easier for people. Two stars for always having my prescription ready. 3 stars taken away for making picking up my prescription inconvenient.

Just spoke to a pharmacy representative on the phone at 3:42 pm on 4/26. Kept saying mhm and short answers and kept interrupting me. It just seemed like I was bothering her for asking simple questions.

After trying many other pharmacies, they were the only ones that carried my medication. I was able to transfer my prescription and pick it up without even having to leave my car.

Pharmacy Tech Daniel was as rude as could be. The worst experience I've ever incounterd ever.14 years of filling my prescriptions and never have such a rude employee experience!!Fair warning avoid this pharmacy at all cost.

They want to say they had my medicine in stock for a refill told me to hold and said it has to be a refill T9 transfer I told her it was so she said ooo and said hold on so after waiting 15mins for them to come up with an excuse why they messed up another guy comes on the phone rudely and says we are not going ro fill that I said why and he said we just won't. My point is why lie to customers...

Karen at floral is the only person that's been nice enough in to accommodate to me, I work at a restaurant near by and we need flower petals sometimes, and nobody else will ever fix any. She's very sweet and went out of her way to chase me down because I forgot my card. Thank u HEB for making my day!

Your store is amazing and your employees even better. While doing some birthday party shopping I started to feel nauseous and faint, sometimes this happens. My cashier Pilar A. was concerned and sympathetic. She let her grocery bagger help me to my car and load it. They were very sweet and I appreciated the extra care. An anti nausea pill, a nap and I’m fine. So a big thank you to Pilar, her nice helper and H‑E‑B at Louetta Road, Houston TX.

Manager on duty9/26/21 African America Male very poor costumer service skills . My husband left his wallet in the car . He told the manager he would be right back to get our groceries. How long are you going to be gone the manager on duty ask My husnsnd and my husband simply stated just to the parking lot and back .He returned there was no basket of Groceries the manager said I put in the back all the way in the back of the warehouse My husband said well can you go get it . He said I am busy I will send someone else . After sending two different employees to retrieve our groceries and returning with wrong basket. My husband said this is ridiculous you know where the basket is why don't you just get it. They can't seem to find it. One of the other employees on their third try finally came back with our groceries. This is not HEB I know . Vintage park needs to really take lesson on costumer's service skills from HEB in Magnolia, Woodlands or Tomball This not how you treat costumers unprofessional . Lack of caring never had such issues .
