Empty and sad..seems like this area is neglected. All stores in this area feel like a desert area. Abandoned stores I guess they don't bring in enough money to stock their stores.

Best service. The pharmacist is extremely nice and greets me every time I come in. The staff is friendly and attentive. They were able to transfer a prescription for me within a few hours. Best pharmacy I have ever been to.

This is the best pharmacy I have been to in my life, no joke. Their prices are the lowest of any store, the pharmacist and pharmacy technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Their app is easy to use and automatically refills my prescriptions so I never run out. I can not say enough good things about this pharmacy. Just avoid the grocery store that it is attached to!

Pharmacy is out of my regular dosage of medication. They wouldn't tell me if they had lower doses of a prescription available without an actual prescription.They apparently think my doctor has all the time in the world to call every pharmacy in town for me when they could just tell me if it's available and I can get the information to my doctor.

This is probably the best pharmacy that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Every single person is so kind. They really go out of their way to try and get you your prescriptions in a timely manner especially when someone is very sick or in pain. I cannot say enough nice things about them. I seriously am so thankful for them. They also do their best to get you a discount if you're a self-pay customer. This service alone makes them a five star pharmacy But honestly there are a million reasons they deserve five stars.

I went to ask about my prescriptions because I didn’t full understand what they were for and how much I would have to pay out of pocket for each one. The pharmacist named Bryan went above and beyond to help me understand my medications and how much my insurance covered. I was having a hard time paying for myMedications so Bryan send in requests to my physician to see if I could get a cheaper alternative. Bryan is so helpful and I wanted to commend him on an excellent job.

The worst pharmacy experience so far. Go somewhere else. Both people answering phones should not be answering phones or need a refresher course in customer service skills. They were not helpful, rude, and had bad attitudes. I get being tired. I get hating or being unhappy at your job. The only problem is the customer calling has nothing to do with any of that. The least they could do is not have an attitude when a customer is trying to get a prescription.

I love HEB.. grew up in my home town .and worked there in high school. I now shop at the HEB in Houston on Jones rd. I never had an issue until today I went to buy a roast to make for dinner.. when I picked it out .. it was really beautiful.. when I got home and opened it the bottom or the back had a huge layer of fat .. I think they do that for weight .. if it weighs more, we pay more.. I was really disappointed today .. I think it is a dirty little trick.. so watch out when buying these bigger cuts of meat
