I had the absolute pleasure of interacting with Emily at the self-checkout today, and I just have to say — she is a gem! Not only is she incredibly sweet and approachable, but it’s clear she genuinely cares about the well-being of others, especially the older customers. As a young adult, she goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and confident while using the self-checkout. I watched her patiently assist a senior customer, making sure they were able to complete their transaction without a hitch, all with such kindness and grace. It’s rare to see such compassion and attentiveness in a workplace, and Emily is a true testament to the kind of customer service that makes a difference. She's not just doing her job; she's making a positive impact in her community. Thank you, Emily, for being so wonderful

Every time I pick up my order the associates go above and beyond to make sure my experience is positive. I want to thank Wendy, who made sure my tostadas were not crushed and went all the way back. I appreciate her doing this and all the staff for being friendly and helpful.

Hmm tell others about my experience here? Well first off the so called "General manager" decided to harass and scream at me like if I was her child? Is this what HEB teaches their managers? Like I said before and I'll say it again, I spend thousands of dollars on groceries every month and HEB will never see one penny of my money ever again. 👍🏼
