This HEB refuses to take returns. The manager on staff Ashley said she wasnt trained to do certain returns. So annoying. Please HEB bear creek, get it together

Don't like the layout, employees are to concerned with scan count to be friendly. I don't need my groceries rearranged for 3 minutes so you can scan them quicker.

HEB is the place where I buy groceries. They are fabulous. I have gone to HEB forever. I have tried to shop at other stores, but HEB has the best produce and products. HEB is my go-to place. When I do go in, the people are the nicest people you could ever meet. My son used to work there when he was in high school. It's a great grocery store, hands down!

The lady who has gray hair and a man's haircut is of legal age who works at the pharmacy and is very rude in the way she answers and it is not the first time that she has been rude to me several times but today I did want to share my experience to see if Can something be done because I go there for my medication because it's about me.

If it's on sale, in their flyer, desirable, and/or something every other HEB carries regularly, REST ASSURED this HEB will not have it.This particular location sits on several acres just wishing for expansion. But remains the smallest and worst stocked HEB in the greater Houston area.I wish it wasn't so.

Super upset of how Diann on fast checkout register. All she did was stare at us the whole entire time as if we were the only ones checking out. Then she said we had more than 10 items, but we were doing separate purchases and there was no line or anyone waiting on us to been treated with such disgust. Very unprofessional behavior.

We ordered a bridal bouquet to be picked up at 08:30am. My fiancé even went there the evening before to make sure it will ready at 08:30am. When I arrived at 09:10 am. The florist was fulfilling orders for someone else. She didn’t start our bouquet until 9:15. They didn’t even have all the flowers we ordered. I didn’t get out of there until 09:40. They have no urgency for someone’s most important day

I had a horrible experience at the self-check out section. I was checking out and had an error pop-up, I asked for help, the one was assisting that shift (feb 15th @ 9ish am) looked at me with a huge scowl on her face and gave me an expression that I just destroyed her day. I was taken aback by this attitude, she begrudgingly helped me and made me feel horrible. If I see her working that self-check out section I will definitely avoid it - now I understand why people were choosing to wait in line in the express checkout to use the registers with cashiers that day when there are open registers at the self checkout lane.
