Missing items from my order. The cribside guy was really nice, GREAT SERVICE FROM HIM. but on the other hand the processing of the produce needs to be top, notch. This is what I got inside of a head of a lettuce.

I placed an order for a small cake from the bakery and received a receipt for pick up on 6/22/25 at 10 a.m. We showed up to pick up our cake and they forgot to make it. I feel that this very unprofessional and I will never order a cake nor would I recommend them.

It is great place to shop. The prices are competitive based on what i shop for. The only problem is, there is a lot less selection of many items when compared to their other location close by.

Phoned in a specialty cak order on Wed, July 17th ar approximately 6:15 pm. Did not get the guys name but he repeated everything back that was requested. Fast forward to Sat July 20 get to HEB to pick up said xake & it is NO WHERE TO BE FOUND!!!! No paperwork no NOTHING!
Manager was apologic & helpful but sill the cake I ordered for a party of 60+ guest was not available. Settled for a cake from display case. MAKE SURE YOU CALL & CHECK IF THEY HAVE YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU GO TO PICK IT UP!

I love this place. Every time I shop here I feel like a kid in a candy store. There are so many options, so much to choose from, and great prices. Everything about this place is a win-win. The customer service is great, the place is always clean, and organized and all of the produce and meats are fresh. There is nothing that I've ever looked for that I was not able to find at H.E.B.
Definitely more bang for your buck. Grocery prices are out of control, but HEB always has the consumer in mind when raising prices. They STILL keep it affordable with quality products.

Always have a lane open when needed! (unlike Wal-Mart) In the aftermath of a hurricane, you can count on HEB to be open with all the essentials!! Wal-Mart need to do better!!

Used to be much better. They are replacing brand names with generic products aggressively. You also find that your favorite products dissappear all the time, gets really frustrating.
