I'm really disappointed with the service that I got from HEB. When I initially called I talked to the Customer service representative Chantal, she was helpful in trying to get me over to the right department; however, I did not appreciate after multiple failed attempts at being transferred and having to keep calling her back, that the last time I asked her if she could make sure someone was available to take my call before transferring me she put me on the short-hold and she said that she spoke with the grocery manager Mike, and he said he was available
Which was not true thus I had to call again. It wasn't until the last time that I was able to talk to someone else who was very helpful. Brad the front manger was able to look up the information and assist me in less than 2 minutes (after waiting over 30 mins.) which I greatly appreciated! I don't understand why it took everybody else over 30 minutes to assist me with something that was so simple. Again, I was happy that Brad was able to get me the information I needed, and he said that he talked to the other two so that this issue wouldn't happen again....

My experience at this HEB as a delivery driver (Favor) was quite disappointing, the curbside area is run by a person who abuses his power and verbally attacks employees. I would not return to this place.

Update July 15, 2024: This H-E-B is fantastic! The people who work here are professional and friendly. Even some of the other shoppers were pleasant to talk too. Thank you Cassi for checking us out at the register! (I hope I got the right name)
Older Review: Got in and out pretty quickly. H-E-B ice cream, yay!
Must be an older store though because gum spots cover the entrance. Some of the people shopping there were sus looking.

Love this place. Employees are all very helpful and friendly. Also, they have mostly a better price in gas.

I have never been so disappointed in my HEB! The day after the hurricane hit, me and my son went to HEB to buy some ice to try to salvage the things in my refrigerator. We just entered the store, got to where the registers are and then both my feet slipped out of underneath me and I found myself laying flat on my back. I looked up at my son as he's asking me, "Mom, are you ok?" and all I could say was "what just happened?" I look down and I see a puddle of water on the floor. That was the cause of my fall. I look around and I see more puddles on the floor with no "caution- wet floor" signs anywhere. At that time I realized that the puddles were caused from all the ice that people were buying. I accessed myself to see how badly I was hurt. My poor phone got the worst of it. I had my phone in my hand when I fell and landed with my phone face down on the floor and cracked my screen. I decided to go tell an employee named "Collin" that I had fallen and suggested that they put some signs out so that no one else gets hurt. He asked me to show him where I fell, so I did. He then directed an employee to put out signs. Not once did he ever turn to me and apologize or even bother to ask me if I was ok. I was totally ignored after I showed him where i fell. This was when I realized that I was not a "valued customer". This is "my HEB". I literally spend so much money in this store, buying groceries every single week and at that moment I felt totally dismissed. I was just blown away. I can't believe that I never got a, "Mam, are you ok" or "Are you hurt or in need of any medical attention?" I was more than "disappointed" in "my HEB". I guess that I'll just be thankful that I didn't bust my head open when I fell. Thanks HEB!

They have the BEST employees. Everyone I have encountered there has been Nice, Plesent and helpful. The store always has a good selection and prices are decent.
