There has been a noticeable and concerning decline in the quality of produce and other items in the past year or two. Once known for their fresh, high-quality offerings, the store now seems to be cutting corners, leading to a noticeable difference in the freshness and quality of the items on the shelves. Currently, everything has been rearranged in the store, which is causing significant frustration for customers. This rearrangement is costing more time in finding items, forcing shoppers to spend extra minutes, and sometimes even hours, searching through aisles that used to be easily navigable. It feels like a maze, with products that were once easily accessible now hidden behind confusing rearrangements. This rearrangement is apparently being done periodically to encourage customers to browse more and purchase more items they didn't initially come for, thus potentially increasing profits. However, this tactic comes at a high cost. It costs more in time and wastes valuable life in searching for items that have been moved, forcing customers to make additional trips to the store or settle for lower quality substitutes. This rearrangement also negatively impacts the employees working the floor. They get stopped and asked where items are now located countless times a day, breaking up their workflow and making it harder for them to be efficient. This wastes the time of employees working the floor since they get stopped and asked where items are now located, which is both frustrating and inefficient for them. Overall, the recent changes at the store are leading to a less enjoyable shopping experience for both customers and employees.

Curbside service was amazing, a young man named Dylan loaded my car quickly and in a timely manner while also being very respectful when asking where I I wanted my groceries to be placed. I will be doing curbside again and hoping I get the same service that this young man provided to me.

Do not go on Saturday unless you like massive crowds. Staff were helpful in locating products. Self-checkout was quickest exit.

Good selection. Good prices. Clean appearance. Self checkout is easy but doesn't include Google Pay. Friendly staff at checkout.

This HEB, unfortunately, isn't as close to me anymore, but it is my absolute favorite one to go to! It seems like I can't always find everything in my local HEB's, but I always can with this one. For example, I tried finding my favorite Tokyo Combo sushi at the HEBs close to me. I've checked multiple times at one, and they only really had regular and spicy California rolls. They didn't even have tuna, let alone spicy tuna! But this HEB always had my favorite and delicious sushi! The one unfortunate thing is that the gas isn't as cheap as the ones near to me, just cause of the area. Either way, I will always love this one and will continue to come back!

The one thing I was looking for (Golden Syrup) they didn't have (turns out you can only get it at Central Market nowadays) but they had basically everything else you could ever want. Including their very own merch store! With fun shoes, sassy t-shirts, coozies, and more. I love HEB; there's no other supermarket like it, and this location is no exception.
