Cashier looked miserable, even after I smiled to her she ignored me and didn’t even answer to my hello. It’s not my fault she’s working at heb. Rotisserie chicken was very dry not even my dog wanted it. How can I feed this hard chicken to my kids? Selection of goods do not compare to other locations. I’d rather make the long drive to a different location.

I found this HEB is poor organized and doesn’t bring attention to buy groceries. Has no sufficient groceries . It is not competent and should learn from other HEB. I strongly recommend this place has to be reorganize and should attract customers attention!!

Very poor, the fishmonger gives you fish with scales and when you complain, a horrible attitude from the employee. You talk to the manager about this situation and what does he respond? After checking with the employee. He said you didn't ask for it to be cleaned. Ah!!! So I must say or I have to take a very expensive Red Snaper with scales and gills. What they should not do is offer a correct service like all markets. Kroger, Hong Kong.

I was told that the chicken salad would be made in about 10 minutes by one of the deli workers and so I waited. 30 minutes has passed and I’ve been walking around the store aimlessly waiting for her to finish. I never even got the chicken salad and had to leave. So to that employee that decided to make me wait and not even receive the chicken salad thank you for wasting my time. Don’t give a time period if you don’t intend on making it.

The self checkout workers lack customer service. Today was the second time I spoken to with disrespect, I was having a hard time understanding the price of an item & the worker talked to me aggressively and then just walked away.

Not happy with the pork ribs poorly cut and full of fat . Also ask to have my order come to the back door and it did not . It did come in a timely manner
