*Customers, check your curbside orders before you drive all the way back home.* I understand mistakes happen sometimes, so when customers call that curbside support number about an incorrect order, the least you could do is say “Sorry for the inconvenience” at some point during the conversation. Jackie (if that’s valid) didn’t and just told me I had to drive all the way back. I chose not to. It takes 1-2 seconds to say and could prevent negative reviews.

I always love coming to this H-E-B. The freshness of the food here is totally amazing. I purchased one of their salads from the deli section. While I didn't have to add anything to it, I decided to add some diced ham by Frick and some black olives. I didn't even need dressing for the salad. I also picked up a cake for a coworker who is leaving us soon. The ladies in the bakery were very helpful in writing a custom message on the cake. My coworkers enjoyed the cake. Thank you so much for your continued excellence, and yes Here Everything's Better.

The best orange of the year I received from HEB grocery delivery. Do they even check before they pick them? And the blueberry was trash. Worst experience.

Bought a birthday cake for my mom here today (July 19) when I first arrived at the bakery section no one greeted me. There were two ladies there putting price tags on some cookies and cakes. After just standing there someone finally came and asked if I needed help. She was very nice (I think her name was Camelia) although the cake was decorated nicely it did NOT taste like a freshly baked cake. I bought the 10” chocolate cake with strawberry buttercream. The cake definitely tasted like it was a day or two old. I took one bite and did not eat any more. Definitely not getting a cake from here again!

I love the music! There is plenty of parking. Most HEB products are really good. They have food samples on the weekends.
