Food poisoning from the SUSHI. I had tuna and my husband had veggie roll and we both got sick. Stomach pains and diarrhea. We think the rice was bad. Maybe they used leftover rice. Whatever they are doing, they need to be more clean. Quality of the fish has gone down too.

I wish they had fresh fruits instead of having fruits that look deformed. The fruits may look good but when u finally cut the fruits they are not good…stop selling GMO fruits

I've been coming to this HEB for 10 years now. I love the employees here as they are always so welcoming, but there is one lady that I just feel she has a personal problem with me, and I don't know why. I dread seeing her when she is working, but i am never rude. She NEVER greets me or smiles at me even though I've done so to her. I've had multiple encounters with her over a few years, and they are all unpleasant (very bad vibes). I don't even care to say hello to her anymore. I don't let things bother me because you never know what people are going through, but I've seen her smiling and talking to other people. It's like she has the people she greets picked.Anyway, the few times I come in a week, I always grab some gallons of water. Twice she has made it her business to come from the other side of the front end to where I am and ask the employee thats checking me out or at self check out if they have scanned my water.Today, she came from around check out #5 to self check out to watch me and when i was done paying, she was demanding that I showed her my receipt for TWO waters & two 2 liter sodas. I thought that's why they have an employee working self check out.One thing I don't like is feeling like a criminal or uncomfortable every time I shop when this certain person is on the clock. I think I'd rather go to Barker Cypress HEB than feel like I'm a thief because that is one thing I AM NOT. I have integrity, and I am a very honest person.Maybe she needs some customer service training? SMHI give 5 stars to all the employees who have been here for years and always showed great customer service.

I don't understand how this location is never on the same level as other locations. I would suggest you stay away from Meal Simple salad and salmon. I just ate some mud, I hope it mud, in my salad. On separate occasions I had a handful of bones in my salmon and wild rice plate. Management was very nonchalant about the situation and just blamed employees in San Antonio.

H.E.B. to me is better than Kroger's. I like kroger's, but H.E.B. has a lot of stuff and good prices. They have more than Kroger's and some of the other grocery stores. They carry a bigger selection and they were founded right here in Texas.

This is a terrible, terrible HEB drive as far as you need to go to some place else. I sat waiting for my grocery pickup for 30 minutes and was ignored by every personal shopper who walked by. The manager said it was a computer glitch. I will drive to the Heights or Montrose where the actually have customer service. from now on.

I absolutely love this HEB location! Very clean, well-lit, easy to shop, loads of options, and much more. Curbside is super easy, never any issues. Having groceries delivered has also been fantastic. I've only had 2 orders missing one item each. (I've placed maybe 60 or so orders, so not bad!) When I let the store know of the missing item, they instantly remedy the issue. Never any questions asked.

I usually use H‑E‑B pick up and love it. They usually have the items in stock and once you place the order time it’s always between that time. The jalapeño bacon wrap cream cheese was so good!
