Switched from another chain to HEB, and the headaches associated with Rx have just gone away. At least in my limited experience, prices are lower (as opposed to the grocery side) than the competition, and the staff has always been courteous and professional. There was one little snafu with insurance verification, but that was as much my fault and didn’t cause much heartburn or waste of time.

Lately the people that work in the pharmacy are unprofessional,clueless and rude!I have always had my prescriptions filled there but I’m changing as of now.I think Walmart employees are working there now.Simply uneducated and thoughtless.I had my prescription cancelled by the pharmacy and was told I didn’t want it.I called my doctors office and while I stood there and listened the pharmacy tech told the doctors office that it was there.I had just left the pharmacy when they said it wasn’t there.The nerve of them!

They’re usually really good, but today wasn’t their best performance. They have a couple of new employees that dropped the ball. I hope the Walgreens employees aren’t starting to work at this HEB.

There is a girl in the pharmacy with false eyelashes and she is the rudest person in the HEB store please fix this! She needs to be trained on how to treat people or get another job!

If you have a choice to fill your scripts at either location, choose this pharmacy. They are always able to fill my script last minute!

Have used them several times since moving here, and each time it takes 2 - 3 days to get my prescriptions refilled. I don't understand why, and they don't explain. Not acceptable.
