It's a real pleasure to write a review like this when it's well deserved. This is a fantastic hotel--what you see is indeed what you get. The photos are accurate, no filter games or deception. Hotel is management is stellar, and they believe that the customer is always right--even when they're not. My room was cool, clean and comfortable, with that added modern touch. The pool is perfect for a dip, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops near by if you don't want to drive into the city to get those odds and ends you might need. I had everything I wanted or needed, and any concern I had was immediately addressed and cured. Thanks Bre, and the Hampton Inn team. You made my stay :-)

I enjoyed my stay here. Close to shopping, interstate, and most of all, clean and polite staff. The staff sends texts sporadically throughout your stay to make sure all is going well. The breakfast was awesome as well. The beds were comfortable. I didn't want to get up. 😩 I had to make my next appointment, but thank you for making my stay enjoyable.

Called to ask if they had rooms could barely hear the lady she said something to me I said “I’m sorry what? I can barely hear u” she huffed and puffed and hung up. Lmao ok

The staff are very friendly. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is as expected for Hampton Inn- fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles, oatmeal, eggs, sometimes gravy sometimes potatoes. Everything was great except workout room. Husband and I like treadmills and elliptical. First 2 days 1 treadmill wouldn't work...I did tell guest services and they saud they would have maintenance check it out. On 3rd day neither worked. Overall it was a very good stay. Thank you for being so friendly!

Really enjoyed our stay here! Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. When we arrived, we were told that my husband was "guest of the day" and shown a plaque on the counter with his name. In 20 years as diamond members, we had never heard of a "guest of the day", so I am not sure if this is specific to this location, but a fun little surprise. We also received extra snacks to celebrate this, :).Our room was clean, ac, WIFI and TV worked well.There was plenty of parking, with special spots for diamond members. The hotel is easy to get to right off Beltway 8, once you figure out how frontage roads work in Texas. Even with our room facing the tollway, we slept well because there was noticeably less traffic at night. Standard Hampton breakfast, staff kept all items well stocked and the breakfast area clean. Would definitely stay here again.

This is hands down one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Staff are unprofessional and seem annoyed when you need something, housekeeping never has clean towels, have seen non guests sleeping in their cars in the parking lot almost every night. Overall just not a good experience. If you’re just passing through one night it would be fine but if you plan on staying with a family pick a different hotel.

Crystal checked me in, she’s the essence of hospitality and I hope that she becomes a manager soon if she wants to be in management because as someone who stays in a hotel room every night, this industry needs more people like her.
