If you are considering this location run as fast as you can. The opposite direction. I booked two nights due to the freeze. The first room the door wouldn't lock the second and third room they gave me. When I walked in there were people already occupying the rooms. The 4th and fifth rooms didn't have hot water. It was a complete disaster. I will say the employee that night was doing everything they could. It's not their fault, but when I spoke with the manager he didn't have a care in the world. He wouldn't even look me in the face when I was trying to explain everything that had happened. I was not the only person that they had given the keys to someone that was already occupying the room. Then the following morning my key card was deleted for some reason, it took me four times coming back and forth from upstairs for the manager to get me the right key because he was preoccupied and not paying attention to the needs. I will tell you right now, the reason why this hotel is horrible is a direct reflection of his management.Hilton, get this hotel under control!!!

Worse hotel for a business trip.Stayed for 3 weeks and my room was only cleaned once. 2nd week I was there I made sure that the do not disturb sign was not hanging so I can have my room clean. Was out all weekend hoping that I will return to a clean room. Nope that was not the case… walked into my room, my trash was not picked up, no replenishment of clean towels and toilet paper! Monday comes now my last week there again made sure that the do not disturb sign is not hanging, I left the room to give them time to come and clean my room. Came back to my room around 1230pm again hoping my room is clean, once again that is not the case. I figured that they were busy and running behind schedule giving housekeeping time and waiting patiently for someone to stop by my room. By this time it’s already 230pm, I open my door to look if they are still on the floor and see no one. Called front desk to tell them that I work that night and have been up waiting on housekeeping and if they will be cleaning my room that day, The response I get from front desk is that my room was marked on the housekeeping board as DD ( do not disturb) mind you I had taken the sign off since Friday morning. They then tell me that housekeeping will be at my room first thing in the morning on Tuesday. Again no housekeeping. Wednesday- Thursday - Friday my room is still not clean.Besides my room not being cleaned my other issue I had with them is charging my debit card twice.Checked in the first time, they ran my card for deposit everything went well. Following week I was there my card was charged a second time causing my bank account to be negative.Called front desk asking why my card was charged a second time , the man that I was speaking with tells me that someone had checked me out and checked me in again causing my debit card to be charged again.Business trip or not I will not be returning. I will make sure that I reach out to my company and let them know how my experience wentRooms: Needs renovation, had to buy Lysol and air fresher to make the room smell good.Couches had stains and things on the side of itSafety: Parking lot was always dark when I leave for work in the evening. Told staff the parking lot lights weren't coming on. Low and behold my generator and cooler locks were cut and stolen right out of my truck. Supposed to have security. Must have been sleeping! Lights were never fixed. Staff doesn't care to help with theft of my property.

1.I was never greeted by reception upon arrival and I didn’t receive my honors gift.2. Due to me using my honors points she was not able to assist me in modifying my stay (her words). After contacting customer service we were able to check in3. The room did not smell or look as if it had been recently cleaned. Curtains had dark stains on them. Floor was not vacuumed. The white wash cloth was dingy as if it was old.4. After pulling back the linen on the bed and sofa bed(as I do with every hotel stay). We were greeted with 3 urine stains on the pull out mattress. We called and asked if the mattress could be switched out for a new one. We were told there was not a Manager on duty and they did not have any new mattresses. We were instructed to contact customer service AGAIN. After a long conversation with CS, we were told we would get a new room in the morning and be comped one night’s stay.5. While my husband changed us into the new room we went down to what we thought would be a nice breakfast spread. Dirty tables, oj and cranberry juice out of order, absolutely NO fruit available. The waffle machines were not clean. The coffee area was unclean as well. At this point I wanted a different hotel.6. Room 2 has dark stains on the curtains, sheets look dingy, dirty restroom, at this point I’m done!We contact CS and was able to transfer to another hotel we’d visited before which is where we should have booked in the first place.This place is Horrible. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.Rooms: Dirty

Hello,Unfortunately this experience and my previous one, have determined that I will use other properties in the area.There is conflicting information regarding the check out. The sign in the rooms says 12 noon but apparently it is 11am. The reason for this email is that the gentleman at the front desk, came to the door knocked rapidly and proceeded to use his key to enter. This was about 11:18. Housekeeping had not even knocked on my door. I’m in the process of getting dresses and am not fully clothed. Luckily, I was walking to the bathroom and was able to hold the door so neither me nor him had an awkward moment. I will accept my error but maam this actually the second time that it has happened to me at this hotel. Why would he leave the front desk to come to come to the 4th floor to see if I was checking out? A callTo the room would have been sufficient and not had me to the point of writing this email which will go online and social media. I’m sure that there were other guest needing his assistance at the front while he stepped away to come to my room.I used to work for a hotel company and have traveled enough to know this is a out of line. I will keep my business next or else where so that i can have a sense of personal safety as a woman traveling alone.If check out time is 11am, please fix the signs on the doors of the rooms

Hotel was not bad. Up to date features, but probably needs to head for a remodel soon because of wear & tear. The main issue was Direct TV. They need to cancel that immediately. TV was off more than it was on. Direct TV has never been a good option for anyone. Any little thing throws Direct TV into turmoil. It's awful.There is a Jack in the Box, Church's Chicken & great gas station with convenient store basically on the property. The hotel's little snack area was well stocked too. Hope it's like that all the time.

BE AWARE- DISCRIMINATIONI'm a regular customer of this hotel and have always been treated with respect by Alex and Robert. They have superb customer service. But on Monday, Shannon was the receptionist and from the start was extremely degrading for NO reason. The reservation was under my wife's name, and Shannon told me I couldn't stay - even after I verified all the information and offered my wife's ID. I asked if she could add me as a secondary guest, but she denied it. I asked if there was anything she could do to help me, and she said no and continued to ignore me and attended 3 more guests (that were caucasian) with warm welcoming, offering water and snacks. I asked if I could get a refund since she couldn't do anything to help and I couldn't stay the night, to which she again denied and told me aloud "I'm going to put you as a no show" which was obviously a lie and for that reason I was charged anyway. She then called security on me even though I never raised my voice or disrespected her, and I was kicked out because, as per Shannon, I was being "difficult" for trying to get my reservation. I called the customer service line, and they added me as a secondary guest so I could stay the night. When I came back into the lobby with customer service on the phone, Shannon was also on the phone with her manager, and she said that I couldn't verify any information - which was again a lie. I told her that customer service wanted to speak with her, but she denied speaking with them, stating she didn't have to speak with them. She did nothing to help at all. And again, called security on me and kicked me out a second time. I have never been treated with such discrimination. Never again will I stay in this hotel. They lost a long time customer because of Shannon. P.S. after 5 days, I haven't received my money back or heard from them.

Im a HGV MAX member and this was one of the worst stays I've ever experienced. The lobby rep walking in was extremely rude and did not feel welcoming to answering simple hotel questions... fast forward i had to go down 2 different times to reactivate my room card because it kept not working... plug in for lap weren't working. Towels smelled disgusting and when i looked at it , it had crumbs alll of it . So night came and i was needing to get ice on my floor to find it wasn't working and turnt off.. i called front desk and they said i had to go to the first floor if i needed some... so inconvenient for travelers who are waning a relaxing vacation DONT BOOK HERE also plenty of broken glass around the parking lot , u can telll many vehicles had been broken into ...
