I used to come to happy nails years ago but I moved further away and I finally made it back to this location in plaza americas mall and they are just as sweet as last time.
We were greeted upon entering the salon and asked what we wanted done with a smile which is a plus for me!
One of the ladies actually remembered us from years ago.
We got some pedicures done they have a couple of choices.
My lady took her time doing every little thing and even when painting my toes.
She made sure to let my toes dry so I would not mess them up.
I will definitely be returning since they make me feel so welcomed every time 💟
The salon is a little hard to find so read the review by the other young lady that points out exactly where it is located in plaza.

Very unprofessional. Communication was really bad and they would not listen to what I had to say even when I said they was hurting me. I came in yesterday for a pedicure and manicure. First red flag was when she drilled my cuticles which was very painful. Pain level was 9/10. The next day my toe nail started peeling really bad and now my toe is infected. I would not recommend this place.

I came in and showed them a picture of the idea I wanted, everything is going fine until the design part starts.. first off the nails are very lumpy, not my favorite thing, already a red flag. Then the design was not even close, I told them I didn’t like them and immediately got defensive. The one at the cashier kept blaming me and saying I shouldn’t bring designs … EXCUSE ME? I don’t work there I don’t know what they can and cannot do. As a tech you should tell me u can’t do it so either I choose a different design or go elsewhere. $60 for what I got is STEALING. Not what I wanted for birthday nails. I can assure you I won’t ever go there again and will let others know this place is a no go and they are rude.

In this place they are terrible, but the older lady with short red hair is scared because she makes her nails very orible and today she treats me very badly, I don't know why they have people like that for customer service, they have to be friendly and people with experience

This was our favorite nail place in Houston, but recently they haven’t been keeping up with customer service. We went to get our pedicures and were asked to wait 10 minutes. We had been waiting for around 20 minutes and when it was finally our turn, they let some customers who had just gotten there go before us leaving us to wait EVEN more time. We thought this was very ridiculous and left… hope they get better in customer service ?Service: Pedicure

i’m never going again bad service and my fingers had cuts on them the pictures are from two days after i got them done the gel was not cured all the way and there was a bubble of gel polish that popped and caused the polish on the french tips peel up and the acrylic was extremely uneven even though the lady took a very long time to shape them she was very rough with me i did not enjoy the process at allIF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I WOULD.
