Great service, highly recommended!!!! I did front and rear disc brakes on a vehicle, and i was told to return in an hour and my disc rotors would be ready for pick up, and all 4 disc rotors were re-surfaced and ready as promissed!!!

Recommended by my father, my family and I have been doing business with Nick, Harbor Auto Services, for at least 10 years. However, most recently the service towards us declined. My car was having a problem with the AC , so on June 28th I left my car at Harbor Auto Services for a diagnosis. Almost every day, I called to get the diagnosis and expected to move forward with servicing the problem. What I received from Nick were short, vague responses related to not finding the part and that he would call me. Trusting in the existing business relationship, I tried to remain patient. This same response from Nick extended into almost a full week.Finally, today, July 5th, I arrived at the shop to retrieve my car because I felt I was being given the run around. Literally, Nick would not stand still to speak to me appropriately, he wandered all over the shop yelling responses. When I asked for a diagnosis report or some paper trail regarding the time he kept my car and what exactly had been done to it in the four (4) days, Nick said he would NOT GIVE ME ANYTHING.I'm not sure what’s going with Harbor Auto Services, but they have lost my trust and my business.
