I went to buy a tool box on Monday but couldn’t pick up because their fork lift was broke. Then I called back Wednesday because they never called me back to let me know their fork lift was fixed. As they told me it was fixed I went to the store and was sent around the back. There was a truck in front of me who got their tool box loaded but I was told I had to wait for them to unload the 18 wheeler that was delivering tools. After waiting, I then hear the manager Terrance tell another employee “these people are so stupid and they are heathens”. Terrance also went on to say “these people can’t follow instructions”. Although I followed instructions and waited patiently I don’t deserved to be talked to like an idiot. I asked if they needed me to adjust my vehicle to prep for loading and they ignored me only to tell me in a rude manner they needed me to adjust my vehicle for loading. As I waited, I watched as they moved other product with their fork lift such as air compressors and generators. Then finally Terrance came to load my tool box. Didn’t even say sorry for the weight or have a nice day. This type of customer service is unacceptable.

Easy to find tools in a smaller hardware store. Not the top quality tools but the price is good. This store was clean and organized.

Went in and was greeted we stopped around was asked if we needed help, got everything we needed and checked out.

I have buy all of my transmission shop tools mostly the majority and I never have problems with it except when I buy me a compressor and I bring back in a week for a air leak on the pressure meter and the cashier try to resale me the warranty that I just bought 1 week earlier I said no thanks hopping

Food is good staff is nice ans knows the menu. Although I ordered the Cajun catfish, and it was salty 🧂 other than that all was well. If you haven't tried the alligator it's a must
