After doing research to update my homeowner's insurance this year, I was left distraught at the attitude of the agents I spoke with. They may have been extremely nice initially, but after asking questions, they became sharp, irritated, or distracted, leaving me concerned how they ran their business, and how they would handle any potential claim I may file. A year ago, I gave up and just bought a policy (elsewhere) only to find add-ons I was charged for without asking me, and leaving off credits I could have had. I was about to give up again this year, when I called Hartgrove for a quote. Shannon was wonderful! I took up way too much of her time, (though laughing and sharing stories), but she answered ALL questions in detail, and handled her business as I would expect a company to do. She cares about her clients and wants to keep them and will offer the best policy she can. She has been great at answering follow-up emails too. My insurance bundle had a slightly higher auto rate, but it was worth it to find an excellent agent. Plus, I have the comfort of knowing I can trust her and she will truly do her best. This is why this company has consistent 5 star reviews!! They are real!

Hartgrove Insurance has been truly clutch for us already in the approximately 1 1/2 years we have been clients. Their response time is pronto, their responses are spot-on, and they have really lowered our insurance-induced stresses.

Shannon is great! She is so responsive and so easy to work with. I think I've been with her almost a decade now, and I'm not leaving! She just helped my daughter to get insurance on her first car, and the process was so easy. Highly recommend.

Shannon is absolutely the best ! She is always available for questions or guidance she has been my agent for 15+ years , she always makes sure I have the best coverage at the best price possible and now with hurricane beryl roof damage , she thank goodness had me covered for replacement cost valve versus actual cost value which means my roof is covered and the insurance company pays for all of it except my deductible saved me thousands of dollars ! If you want the best service , best coverage, best price . Year after year with no hassle Shannon will take care of you !

Ran into a problem with an insurance carrier that was identified and swiftly remedied by Shannon and Ian. They identified the problem were proactive in getting it resolved. They respond promptly and get things done. Highly recommend
