They didn’t have my oil or any of the oil that I could use. I think they just didn’t want to do the oil change early in the morning. One guy was smoking a cigarette talking to me about my car. Totally unprofessional. Usually tho location is ok but this experience was a waste of my time.

The quote i received from the call center representative was not honored at the location on Braeswood and Hilcroft in Houston, TX. I asked to speak to the manager to see how we could rectify this situation and I was dismissed with “they always give incorrect information”. This is a true representation of poor customer service via the telephone and in-person. Lack of accountability will have you lose a customer every time. A consumer driven business with no consumers will be a business that will soon be out of business.

Everyone working was so nice and helpful. They gave me good advice to keep things going well for maintenance of car. Workers all knowledgeable and pleasant. Very happy customer I am!

Will never go back. No pricing transparency. They slip in additional costs. They do a quarter of what most other oil change places do. I went for the convenience today but will never go back.
