Was very pleased recently working w/Adam on buying a walker, wheelchair transporter and a special order shower chair. He is very knowledgeable of all the product offerings and gives the customer prompt and professional advice. I managed to break my rollator. After 14 months, they replaced my Lifestyle walker with a brand new one at zero cost. Adam is great with customers and knows his product well. Thank you Adam.

The guy running this store is a total psycho. When returning something, he got irate and assaulted me. He cursed that a mad man. I do not recommend thia place at any cost. They should not be in business if they treat customers this way

I had to rent a wheelchair for my husband while visiting family in Houston. Well Medical Supply's customer service was excellent and the rental fee was more than fair plus the quality and cleanliness of the chair was great. I won't hesitate to go here again.

Was looking to rent a wheelchair for my mom to attend a graduation. I emailed with questions but never got a response. My mom called to ask if we could go in to see what they have/make the reservation, she was told yes and that they close at 5:30. We drove in from Sugar Land at 3:00 to find the store closed and a sign on the door saying "be back at 9:30." Tried calling several times, no answer. Emailed again, no response. Be careful if you head over, just because its during operating hours, doesn't mean someone will be there and even less likely someone will answer the phone or respond to questions. Waste of a trip for sure.

Needed a nebulizer quick and Walgreens kept telling me they were out of stock and it’d take days to arrive. Price was lower for nebulizer than all the other medical supply stores, and actually had the machine the same day for pick up. I appreciate the man who helped me as he took everything out of the box to make sure it was all there and gave me useful information on the filters. Breathing better already

I do not live in Houston and my daughter was having surgery here. I wanted to have a lift chair delivered the day she returned home. The chair was delivered an hour after she got home and it has been so beneficial.Everyone I spoke with was very helpful and courteous! The delivery driver was punctual and professional!I certainly hope we do not have occasion to need another lift chair, but if I need anything, I would certainly do business with Heal Well Medical Supply!!I highly recommend their team!!!!

I bought a GoGo Scooter for my mom. Adam was extremely patient in teaching us how to disassemble and reassemble the scooter. He was extremely personable and extremely helpful. Love the new location.

Had a great experience at Heal Well. My Mother’s Rollator walker gave out and I needed to find a replacement FAST. Heal Well had the size Rollator I needed in stock and whole process was super easy. In fact the store had pretty much everything you could ever need in medical supplies and equipment. We have many older folks in my family and this will be our new go to place. Highly recommend and the owner was very knowledgeable.

Really don’t even want to give one start but I will because I ordered wrong chair (my fault) and they corrected immediately. I paid for delivery BOTH times!!!But after using wheelchair TWO TIMES the wheels literally fell apart at the airport!!!! We where leaving to go home after 10 day stay at MDAnderon hospital.I called immediately. The man asked me to bring back. I said we were leaving to go home. His response was, “not my problem”. I asked if could send back via mail he basically said yes at your cost. I said I just bought a defected wheelchair and you want me to pay to return. His response again NOT MY PROBLEM!!!He was very rude. I told him I would write a review and not give a good rating and he said he didn’t care! So here ya go! Please beware when you purchase from this “family owned” business! A snake in disguise!!!!! I was NEVER told of ANY return policies or defected merchandise. And I think I was charged more for the wheelchair!!!
