Horrible place do not come here the lady that works there has very bad customer service. she practically threw out my husband and he was trying to rent a unit .She is very hysterical. I don’t think she should be working there if she doesn’t like her job

Yesterday was my first time to rent a truck from this location. Website was easy to use. Not a big fan of almost doubling the $19.95 rate because you are required to add $15.00 insurance before you can reserve. My own insurance covers just such rentals so the upcharge was unnecessary and defined a bait and switch.Nonetheless, the customer service at this location (110 Louise St. In Houston was unbelievable especially in this day and age and it was all down to the lovely employee, Danielle.Danielle was in charge of our rental and she is truly a delight. She is professional, thorough and courteous. She made sure we understood everything so there would be no surprises.You can see she loves her customer service role and is organized, knowledgeable and patient ( especially with newbies haha)Would I rent from this UHAUL again? With Danielle in charge I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. She made the whole experience as painless as possible.Thanks UHAUL for making this portion of my “to do” list seamlessly simple. If only my other projects had Danielle in charge!

It was altogether an awful experience. From the initial point of contact, the lady behind the desk was very nasty and irritable. The trucks are parked in a corner of the street that is fairly difficult to navigate in and out of. We got the truck and moved our belongings, the truck stalled on the way back which was unnerving, and once we got it started, we didn't want to risk it stalling at the gas pump and brought it straight back. We were completely willing to pay whatever the fee may have been for the gas, (which wasn't much because we only drove around 2-3 miles) regardless of the malfunction we had with the truck. Upon returning it, we had to wait 10-15 minutes because WE COULD NOT FIND ANYONE TO HELP US. Once she returned, she snapped at us for where the truck was parked and got into a shouting match with us. Terrible experience, zero customer service, and if I could provide zero stars, I would. I do NOT recommend.

Awesome experience, made me a U-Haul fan again. Despite some confusion with U-Haul corporate's booking process, it ended up being extremely smooth and easy to pick up and drop off a 10' moving truck at this location. Danielle communicated clearly and offered outstanding customer service. Truck was in great working order.

I've been renting a storage from here for a couple of years now but ever since the young girl in office, i do believe her name is Danielle, took over the place its much more pleasant, she cleaned up showroom, her impeccable customer service is very professionally done, her great attitude together all this makes it pleasant dealing with Heights Mini Storage

I love how understanding, and flexible this location has been to us, and our needs. Definitely a great private place for your personal belongings. The Women who manages the front desk is such an outstanding help! -- Shes always keeps us informed, communicates any updates on our unit.Awesome service!
