Don't Waist Your Time! Huge Alert ⚠️
I don't know what is the point of having reservations available on the website if went you go in person they say they don't have a car available and they don't know for sure what days they will be available.

Never rent from hertz , they will take thousands of dollars that you don’t owe them and that is a fact . I don’t know if this location or Baytown is worse , either way don’t ever go to hertz , use turo

DO NOT BOOK HERE!
Worst rental experience ever, I would expect what happened out of a car rental company like Budget but not Hurtz, I should have read the reviews before booking. My reservation was for 8 AM, I could not make it there until 9 AM so they had an hour to make sure that the vehicle was ready, upon arriving the vehicle was not ready waited 45 minutes for them to “clean” the vehicle, whenever I got into it, it was absolutely disgusting. As far as the smell, the windows are wiped down with some sort of chemical that made it barely even able to see out of, I had to take it directly to a car wash to even be able to see out of the windows, backseat belt did not buckle so the fact that I paid for an upgraded vehicle with more seats is unacceptable considering I can’t even use the backseat.
Call to see about trading it in and they have “nothing else available” I think I’m going to be switching rental companies after this totally unacceptable no excuses.

The customer service is horrible, vehicles are disgusting, your vehicle will not be ready when you get there & good luck if you even get a vehicle that is in running condition.
Should have read the reviews before I booked here, needless to say I will never be using this location again. Got the car from this location had to bring it to another location to trade it in because I was so aggravated by the time I was done with the process. I guess upon reading the reviews I’m glad that I even got a car. Went to the airport to exchange even the lady at the airport said that that location does this all the time… So apparently this is acceptable with Hertz… changing over to Enterprise. This is the last straw.
Also a little PS I see that Hertz, responses to customer reviews pretty rapidly, saying they will “do better” & thanks for the information “we will work on that” pffft, shut the location down, that’s how you can “make it better”
