Never rent car from this location!!! After I returned the car from my card, there were charges from CHECKED REAL ID 29 times for an amount equal to the car rental, I contacted the support service, but did not get any decision, they just said that they did not see any additional charges!!!

This is the third time I try to book a car with this company — and the third time they completely screw me over. I always make my reservations in advance to avoid issues, but guess what? Ten minutes before I’m supposed to pick up the car, I get a call saying there’s no vehicle available.
The first time, I let it slide. The second time, I was already pissed. But this third time? That’s it. Never again. I’m done giving chances to such a disrespectful and unreliable company. This is beyond unprofessional — it’s a damn joke.
Don’t waste your time with them. They clearly don’t care about customers. Absolutely ridiculous.
I hope you go out of business.

Awful experience ; this facility was not like that at all. They replaced the previous manager and assistant and now it is a completely chaotic service. My car was smelling bad and they claimed that they couldn't replace it just because no cars available and they wanted to charge over 100$ more a day to give me the only cars available which they said belonged to a superior rental category. On top of that going to New Orleans I had to replace the vehicle at the airport in Nola due to mechanical problems. Very disappointed of this and I reported the bad experience to Hertz district manager. What used to be a great company which made me earning the Gold membership status, it is now at least here in Houston area very unprofessional and disorganized.

Hertz had no available automobiles the day that I needed one but Natasha said she had a few more being returned the next day. She called me at 8:30 AM the next morning with a clean car that was ready to go. Great Service Natasha! Thank you!

I don't like this company! They don't have professional qualities! There is no service character! I have been to this place twice! It takes an hour to drive from my family to this place! Before I went, I called the counter, but no one answered. I continued to call. Someone asked me to wait for 45 minutes, so I hung up the phone and went directly to the store with Uber! But they are really impolite! I'm here. I don't want to comment in English! One word is bad, two words are too bad👎

Vile experience. I insisted on using Hertz because of the amazing service I received at the Cleveland Hopkins airport. This was no where near that level of excellence. Like many have stated here, we charged extra when we returned the vehicle through the express return. After many lies to call us back we were eventually told, they do not check returns until later in the day and therefore owed additional rental time! Additionally, the less than gracious agent had the audacity to tell us, we were lucky not to have been charged more!

Spending more of my time to navigate AI bots and phone agents is not an appropriate apology. How about not being horrible operators? As you can see from this thread, mine is not an isolated incident. Your link to a dead end website is a clear representation of your inability to to have a basic concept of not only how to provide basic customer service, but an inability to treat others with basic human courtesy and respect.

I came just at 5:00 pm on this date (05/27/25) and despite here on Google says that closes at 5:30 PM, one employee was closing gates at 5 PM. Came for nothing, very shitty schedule.

They will write a standard response saying they're striving to improve, like they did to many people 6 months ago, but just like them, I had a reservation weeks in advance and turned up only to be told the car was not available. They said they tried to contact me, which was a lie.

I made a reservation for a car here. In the morning they said they don't have a car for me! They just gave me a support number and told me to call them. Don't rent a car here, read my review!

Stay away - made a reservation and received confirmation for around $200. I get here this morning and they don’t have the one I reserved available, but offer another one for $950 - how ridiculous.

Do not use this location. They sent me a text message one hour before I was supposed to pick up my car, telling me that they had no cars. Based on historical rentals, they should know enough to not accept reservations they cannot honor.
