This is truly 0 stars. Once I got transferred to this location by the main Hertz customer service, I knew it was going to be a horrible experience. The guy on the phone didn’t say much, and a total jerk. Once I arrived to the location the larger man “assisting me” was speaking to me as if he were in jail. He also had terrible BO problems, so I had to stand far from the counter. He then proceeded to tell me that he need to check to see if he had a car for today, as HE never gave me a call. I stated I had just spoken to customer service and they had confirmed the pick-up as I had already waited hours to get the car delivered as they gave the option. Then that’s when he said BUT I DIDNT CALL YOU. He then basically kicked me out of the lobby, shut the lights out, and had me wait outside for the car and him to put gas while it was lightly running. Needless to say, I went from renting the car for a month to 2 days, taking my business elsewhere.

THIS LOCATION DOES NOT DO ONE WAY RENTALS.Honestly just go somewhere else.Employees hung up on me three times when I called to inquire about this policy. The location did not give me a courtesy call and the app allowed me to make a one-way-booking. Again, when I called to inquire about this policy, they simply placed me on hold and hung up.The manager of the facility finally answered and basically told me “sorry that’s just how it works”. Now I have to make a last minute booking for a one way rental.

Utterly disgusting service at is location!!!Extremely unprofessional employees and borderline criminal!!! Hertz should have corporate visit and see what's happening here!!! DO NOT RENT HERE AT ANY COST!!! BEWARE!!!!

Extremely bad customer service from Marlin at the Louisiana/ downtown location. They did not have the vehicle ready in time and he was very rude when I was trying to reschedule a different time to pickup my vehicle due to them not being able to honor the original time. Poor experience with their company overall.

Statefarm set up a reservation for me. Employees were disorganized and unenthusiastic. Would put you on hold hoping that you would hang up. I cancelled my reservation with them and went with Enterprise. Total waste of time.

Most horrible experience. We rented a Tesla and it broke down. The towing company took 2 hours to come . The customer care was not supportive. Never ever rent a car with Hertz.

This place get you in and out to the point where I had to sit in the car and figure out how to turn it on myself because they didn't show me. Not complaining just speaking facts. It's better that I learn on my own anyway.

Hertz booked us with the wrong vehicle, we were nice and exchanged it for a different one for a higher cost. We refueled the fuel even topped it off so it was over full when returned and they charged us 41 dollars for fuel. It's so nice to know a company doesn't care about its customers. I have rented from hertz multiple times in the past and will never do so again. They have lost a customer.
