Disappointing to say the least, rude Manager, false advertised vehicles, Unaccommodating for their mistake. It is very questionable if I will be using Hertz ever again and looking at all the one star reviews it does not look like anything is being done about it! The so called manager Eric needs to be fired he is in the wrong business!

Took 45 minutes for them to find us the right vehicle and nobody seemed to know which customer went with which vehicle.

Due to flight delay I arrived late and no one waited to issue me a car even though they said they would and then billed me for it; I am still disputing the charge so no idea if I will get my money back. I was thankful Enterprise was able to help me with a car. I will never use Hertz. Stay away, unless you want to be standing at an airport in the middle of the night with no car. You'll regret using Hertz if you do.

Staff at pickup wasn’t very helpful. After being shuffled from line to another line I was checked out and told to go choose my car from the right area - great idea in theory. In practice my level of vehicle wasn’t there. After being told I could just wait until another vehicle of my requested level was returned, or pick from what was left, I definitely felt like I was choosing from left overs and finally picked a smaller vehicle than I had reserved. If you don’t have what I reserved offer an upgrade, don’t make me pay for more than I get. The only good part of this experience was a quick drop early in the morning.

TERRIBLE!! And reading the reviews, I see I'm not the only one!!
Reserved a car in advance (of course!) for October 10th. After waiting in line to check in (which is always slow but we expect that, right?), we then had to wait an ADDITIONAL hour for a car to be ready. There was no information or explanation for the wait, and the person managing the line of confused people waiting for cars was rude and brusque. Given the wait, she should at a minimum have been polite and apologetic. Very frustrating. Was late for a work commitment I was in town for.

Had to leave the airport to wait in line to get on a bus to get the rental car. It's not actually part of the airport, it's just near it. Disgusting. Making me ride a bus? Gross.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible Experience – Never Renting from Hertz Again
We had an awful experience with Hertz. We had a fully paid 4-day reservation, my husband is even a Hertz member, and our flight arrived late at night. When we got to the Hertz office, it was completely closed — no staff at the counters at all.
We managed to find the car we rented, and at the exit gate, we gave the driver’s license and reservation number to the Hertz employee there. He could clearly see our reservation and payment, yet still refused to let us take the car, telling us to come back at 6 a.m.
It was 1 a.m., and we needed to drive an hour to our hotel and then head to MD Anderson Cancer Center early in the morning for medical tests and to see a doctor. This situation caused us so much unnecessary stress and disappointment.
Absolutely terrible service — completely unreliable, especially when you need a company you can count on. Hertz should not confirm and charge for reservations if they can’t even provide basic customer service after hours.

Finding the entrance for Hertz was confusing. They are in the basement around the back and very bad signage. I had to ask several people for help.

Systems were down when we arrived. They were very slow to work through the queue even in gold and presidents circle.

The staff was very unprofessional there were several lines for customers who reserved their vehicles it definitely was very poor management we never had a experience like this before.

I always receive excellent service from Hertz rental cars. Their vehicles are always clean and well maintained. He staff are courteous and professional. Highly recommend.

We experienced the Seinfeld episode; you know how to take the reservation, you don’t know how to ‘hold’ the reservation. No cars available and the SUV we reserved wasn’t available for hours. We ended up in a tin box (car), horrible customer service throughout. They will comment that they’re working on these things but similar comments indicate this has been ongoing for quite some time.
