DO NOT visit this place! This is my second time trying to get a car. I went in with my confirmation reservation number, but was told there were no cars available once again. The employee, Ryan, was rude, dismissive, and never even looked at my confirmation. Moments later, I witnessed a white couple arrive and without issue he was able to get them a car. I went back to question how they were able to get a car when I was told there were none, he simply said “They had a confirmation number” Exactly what I had told him I had since the beginning. His behavior was discriminatory and unacceptable. I’ll be reporting this to corporate. Avoid this location !

Cannot believe I just got to this location, told them that I was coming, with lots of traffic he made sure to tell me he closed at 5:30 and I told him that I’m on my way just a couple of minutes and we ran into traffic. We get there at At 5:33 door is locked nobody in sight. And to top it off, he answers the phone hello, and then I had to ask if I was even calling Hertz rental! Will never rent from them again horrible service and the guy there was very rude.!!!

The older blonde female that works here is extremely rude. After my experience with her rudeness, I decided to just walk the half a mile down the road to enterprise to get a car. They were actually fantastic.
When I went to pick up my truck at the service center of the car dealership that recommended hertz, I let them know that they should never recommend hertz and advised of how rude that woman is. The funny thing is, several of the employees also agreed that the same person was very rude to them.
Just go to enterprise it’s not worth dealing with somebody like that

If you have more than one option please don’t rent from these people if you choose to rent be careful of the insurance up grade that you don’t need as long as you have comprehensive on your insurance Policy.

Branch Manager David Harris made sure my rental experience was more than satisfactory in spite of the fact that I came at the last minute and there was only one vehicle that was just brought in. He took care of me and I really appreciated it.

Didn't had the rental I reserved front desk lady was not helpful and very arrogant.. all she said there's no cars there's nothing we can do just call and get ur money back

Came to pick up the car my company rented for me, e-mail says bring your DL OR! TEMP DL FOR THE RENTAL! “Ms Gabrielle Zuidema” proceeds to talk over me, tell me that she can’t and won’t do anything, with a very RUDE tone, I don’t want problems with any company but to be treated like I’m stupid and disregard what the email says really upset me, she needs retraining or to be fired. I’m extremely upset because the rental is for work, not joyrides

They don't call to confirm until last minute and then send you to a different location. Manager is super rude and instead of helping tries to tell you that you should know what is available and you should confirm with them. They take 0 responsibility for anything. Do not recommend unless desperate.
The m.me/hertz does not work. Go figure they don't even want to help resolve the issue.

We had to go out of town for graduation and needed to rent a car. We’ve rented b4 at the airport and other rental companies and haven’t had to bad of experiences but this rental started off HORRIBLY!!! My husband prepaid for the trip. The day b4 our pick-up we were contacted and advised our rental would not be ready at the original time, upon trying to pick-up there were more issues that caused further delay and frustration. We had to extend our rental ( through online platform that was surprisingly easier than calling CS). When upon return the counter rep remember us and was profusely apologetic and very helpful in a quick return. I really appreciated them remembering and trying to be considerate of my time. Thanks Ivania & Laury; the only reason I gave 4 is b/c Hertz mgnt or (whoever/however AI) the cars are reserved need to do better.

The rental saga continues with HORRIBLE customer service from Hertz! I had a reservation at this location and when I arrived the agent informed me that she’d left a voicemail canceling my reservation. I didn’t get the message because I was on a plane. However she did offer to give me a car because someone returned a vehicle prior to my arrival. When I checked the contract it was $70 more than the quoted rate. She became irritated with me because I persisted that she should correct it so she REFUSED to rent to me. I’m sure she’ll say I was threatening but I was frustrated with her nonchalant attitude and showing no empathy. I was only trying to get this corrected before l left this Hertz location. She charged my Amex anyway. What piss poor service! This young woman was very rude and could not seem to grasp that I had flown 800 miles and was stuck in the middle of nowhere. Thankfully Enterprise was just around the corner, provided a vehicle for me to rent and was very UNDERSTANDING of my unfortunate plight. Enterprise is my new rental company because of a small thing called customer focus and customer centricity. As it turned out there were about 5 customers who were turned away from Hertz (from different locations)today while I was there and we all have the same song. If you think I’m done with this, think again. Your corporate office has been notified and I won’t stop until I’m heard.

Reserved a car. Got in town late. Was given a pretty much dead ev after the rented my reservation. Battery doesn't hold charge and disconnected every 10 minutes.

The service was 5 stars will start use this location ivania was awesome. She answered all my questions and was so friendly. This is a person who you can tell enjoys what’s she does superior customer service.

First time at this location! First class!! Above and beyond!! David and Laura are awesome folks. I drove an extra 20 minutes for this location and it was totally worth it!! Thanks y'all so much!!!

This location customer service is terrible just as all of the previous reviews stated. When I picked up my vehicle, there was no energic greeting. Then I gave the attendant my payment and told me my card was working and did not use her problem solving skills. When she gave me my card back, I swiped it and the payment went through. After getting passed that I picked up my wife (with her sensitive nose) she got in the car and was complaining about a foul odor. Needless to say I called customer service and spoke to an agent I was told to go to the airport and swap it out. This experience was not good from the start. I would encourage you to go elsewhere.
