Horrible customer service
No respect
I just don’t understand after all these bad reviews why haven’t they had a change in management or employees
Like majority of the people have the same issues with the same people but yet they are still employed

What can I say the car was good and the young lady was sweet and when I returned my vehicle the gentleman was polite and so courteous this is my go to spot from now on

Booked a car a week in advance, then not ready when I drove there to pick it up!! An hour and 1/2 later, still no car! I am angry!

Due to the reviews, I was very hesitant to rent from this location, but thanks to Nancy, my experience went very well. Nancy was very nice, helpful, and honest! She also ensured that the process was quick and smooth. I would definitely recommend her to others. Thanks Nancy for your amazing customer service!

I rented a vehicle at this location and went to pick it up I had rented an SUV when I got there I met Shahid and he told me he had no SUV's available and could only put me in a sedan. I told him that will not work and I was not happy as I needed this for taking my son back to college. Shahid understood my situation and upgraded me at no additional charge to a vehicle that was perfect for my situation I really appreciated the great customer service from Shahid.

Hertz is not what it used to be and this location is certainly the living proof that this company should go bankrupt and the world will be better without it.
I made a reservation online and upon my arrival they told me they would not give me a car because I was planning to return it at a different location in Houston mind you. And on top of that the woman told me I needed to call customer service to cancel my reservation. So full of crap. Don’t rent with hertz and don’t rent at this place.

Sam was rude and unhelpful, was running 10 minutes late on a return they told me basically too bad so sad and modified the reservation for 2 days later AND charged my card without expressed consent to do so. To make sure they could charge for 2 whole days they modified it until EOD on the second day. I called corporate and got the drop off modified to a location that was open and paid less, which of course was an option they didnt offer nor would they probably have granted from what i see on other posts but its a wonderful thing to be a travel agent that knows better. 10 minutes would not have hurt or offering a solution that didnt tack on an additional 200 dollars would have been nice, how youre down one more car and im writing this review everywhere I can because dont pwm. Also you hung up on my sister in law, extremely uncouth. We could have potentially made it in time but I very much didn't want to deal with the shenanigans at this location more than I already had to.

Lady working didn’t want to help me even though I had an appointment. Very bitchy when talking to me and couldn’t even get a word in before she just starts shaking her head at me. Go to any other location for best service.

Scammers. I've had to edit my post after initially giving them 5 stars. Don't get a tesla, lest you lose your deposit by default. Without notification nor invoice, they just charge your card.
In utilizing a gas station, one would not expect to lose your deposit. Yet somehow, they would have you believe that utilizing a supercharger is grounds to penalize. Take heed of the other reviews if you won't of mine. For my situation, it seems, is not unique.
