My Experience Was Horrible I Purchased A Online Shoe For Store Pick Just To Go To Almeda Mall To Find Out The Shoe Was Picked Up By Someone That Wasn’t Me The Manager Was Very Rude And Will Not Grant Me A Refund It’s Been 6 Days Since I Talked To Customer Service & Still Haven’t Got A Refund I Have Just Been Getting A Run Around About My Money I Wouldn’t Dare Shop At This Store Again For Nothing

My online order came with 1 dirty display shoe along with 1 clean shoe (grade school Jordan 1). My daughter was so excited to have these shoes until we noticed one was DIRTY. I ordered a new pair, but my order was cancelled by Hibbett a week later. I returned the dirty order inside a physical store (Almeda mall - great customer service) and used my final coupon to buy some discounted Nike shoes online for my toddler. That was my final order as I will no longer be shopping at Hibbett.

Recieved the shoes with two different sizes.Ordered another pair and was delivered in another state. Never got them... I will not be shopping here again.

Won a raffle for 1’s today - went in the store for pick up. A young lady looked at my app on my phone and verified my ID. She went to the back to “get the shoes” in my size, and came out empty handed. The manager (I am assuming) came to the front looking d*** founded and finally told me and another customer waiting for our pick up that “they have been having issues with fedex, saying that that are delivering packages and don’t.” And the didn’t have them in my size. She mentioned that she would call around other stores and let us know if they have my size. She NEVER called. This was my 1st time visiting this location, and wasn’t the best experience. I believe that the employees keep shoes for them. I’ve never had an issue with CityGear when I win raffles - now all of a sudden there’s this issue. Get better trustworthy employees that know how to operate a business and help customers. Also they didn’t open the store until 11:05 this morning and they have the phone off the hook as well. If you win a raffle at this location, you better hope they have the size that you won, otherwise it’s a waste of time.

So it seems this location keeps their phone off the hook. Always a busy signal. This is a problem when calling to set reservation pickups. No way it's always busy. It's been known for stores to do so in order to force forfeiture of reservations so employees can sell to friends and family.

You’re robot button is a dang joke!!!! I had to press it before I could pick a size, place it in my cart, and pay for it!!!! By the time I was done and ready to pay the shoe was gone!!! Y’all need to fix your app while I figure out what my son will settle for as a birthday gift!!!! Been up since 6 so I could disappoint my child!!!

I went in to place an order on October 19, 2020 because the app had been malfunctioning. I went in with a polite and positive attitude but was greeted with what seemed to be arrogance, impatience and conceit...FROM THE MANAGER!!! I’ve experienced these “attitudes” on more than one occasion dealing with the female portion of the staff when frequenting this particular location. No one wants to feel like their “bothering” an employee who is there to do a job. I can say this, though: The manager assured herself that my business there will be limited, if not non-existent, as I have already returned a pair of shoes I ordered online and went to purchase them at a completely different shoe store chain in the Galleria. A little traffic is worth the professional courtesy when I want to spend my money with people who appreciate my business. Update!!! Hibbett Sports (Almeda Mall-Houston) has reached a new high in my eyes. The energy that caused me to write the earlier review has gone the way of a complete 180 degrees. The level of efficiency, professionalism and excellence has risen to the highest of all levels...in my opinion. Management and sales associates are a pleasure to deal with now and make the visits there much more enjoyable. There seems to be a “renewed” commitment to customer service, not to mention the improved AND up-to-date selection of urban wear, that should catch (and keep) anyone’s attention once they’re in the store. Good work team!??
