Staff is super cool. An item I wanted still had a discounted price on it but the sale had ended. With no hesitation, the honored the price and removed the discounted tags from the remaining merchandise on the shelf. Very professional and courteous. Go see Christian and Sébastien. Doing a great job but I don't get how you got a 2 hour window to pick up raffle shoes . Most people have jobs and I'm not giving my ID to anyone to pick up shoes!

These were bought from this store, they were shipped to my house. Opened the box and they were creased. Took them back to the store to get a refund BUT they wouldn't give a refund because "they looked worn." The manager was little to no help, do not waste your time at this store. Rip off shoes fr.

I love coming here two buy shoes but recently I started putting in to win the new shoes that come out. It’s been three times that I won. They tell me to be there at a certain time with my ID to pick up the shoes. I’m like the fifth person in line they then tell me that the shoes are all sold out, this is the reason why I stopped going to footlocker. It said that all these shoes that come out you enter to win them and when you do, there’s an excuse now they don’t give them to you the people that work in the stores know what they really do these shoes so now I’m just starting to find my shoes from GOAT you have to pay a little bit more but you’re guaranteed to get that shoes I ordered and then I won Hibbett red cement just to find out, they sold them out in five minutes. Turned around to order them on goat The same day and already have them in transit. For anybody that’s looking to buy the new shoes that always come out. thank twice before going to these places.

Not too bad of a place to get shoes. they had a pretty decent selection. Didn't really have what I wanted but I ended up getting pair of Nikes that was on sale.... Did love the service. The young man & the young lady were both very helpful.
