High Times is a unique novelty shop that offers a wide range of products, from hookahs and tobacco accessories to glass, wooden, and metal pipes, vapes, clothing, knives, adult toys, lingerie, and much more. The business has been around since the early 1970s and is known for its extensive selection of paraphernalia, making it a one-stop-shop for all of your favorite pastimes.
Customers generally have a positive experience at High Times, with many praising the friendly and helpful staff who offer the best advice they can. The shop is described as feeling more like visiting friends and family than a typical retail experience. Customers appreciate the reliable and speedy service, as well as the wide variety of products available.
However, some customers have had negative experiences with certain staff members, who can be passive-aggressive and rude, particularly towards Latino or Black customers. There have been reports of staff members following customers around the store and failing to show appreciation for their business. Despite these issues, the majority of customers remain loyal to High Times, with one customer stating that the day they close down is the day they move.
Still a pretty cool shop after all these years. Staff is very helpful and you will always find something neat. Prices are reasonable for a specialty shop.
