Parking was a but tricky to find at 10p at night, but once we found it, it was easy in and out. The room was so clean, the staff was courteous, and the views were nice (we were on the 12th floor, they have 19). The beds were absolutely the best as well, so comfy. Easy drive to MD Anderson for my daughter's appointments.

I stayed at this hotel for two days. I left my clothing behind accidentally. There were several new items hanging in the closet. I called the same day once I realized I left them behind. Unfortunately, no one could find them. I expected better from Hilton! How does your brand new clothing in a suit bag just mysteriously come up missing! If you decide to stay don’t leave anything behind because you won’t get it back. I will never stay at this hotel again! Also, there was a fire drill in the middle of the night and floors 15-19 weren’t notified.

Nice hotel near many different businesses museums, zoo etc. I would have to say that it is older and sometimes you have to inform the front desk about defective stuff. I've stayed at this specific hotel over 10 times.

Terrible service from front desk ruined everything. The guy who works Sunday evenings has too much attitude in his voice and tries to belittle you, even when he is in the wrong. Also doesn’t know anything that’s going on in the system apparently.

We pulled up in a ride share. The signage at street level was hard to locate. The driver had never been there before. A big Hilton sign in the window would be helpful.Check in was easy. Very nice desk folks. The room was classic Hilton. Very comfortable. My only complaint was I wanted more light. They ran another lamp up right away. The hotel ran a hourly shuttle to MD Anderson. There are several great restaurants a short ride share away. The hotel was very good. We will stay again when in the area.

This Hilton regrettably doesn't live up to the Hilton brand name. First they cancelled my reservation without calling or texting because my cc on filewas expired. They made me make a new reservation on my own when I called in about it (and gave me a lot of attitude about it). Check in felt like pulling teeth when I asked about amenities and benefits. Rooms were very old and dated. The bed was so worn I sunk in and nearly fell off the edge. Woke up every morning with back pain - when asking about this they said all the beds are the same.I also emailed the manager 4 days ago but havent heard back (understandable due to holidays)Rooms: Very old and dates. Gives 90s feel, not in a good way. No smart tvs, very limited functionality. Feels like a cheap motel.

This is one of the better hotels that I have visited. Front staff was charming and alert. The barista and coffee options at the cafe were great. The room had a very comfortable bed and the tile shower bathroom was well built. I especially enjoyed the 19th floor views of Houston and Rice University.Electronic door entry was a plus.Only ding is that there were quite a few spots on the walls that needed to be cleaned, and no complimentary bottled water as others have mentioned. I went on to a Hilton Garden Inn in Las Collinas that gave two bottles when I checked in.Staying here put a damper on the next hotel on the trip, because it just wasn’t as nice as this one.

A nice and clean hotel however it is nearly $20 an adult and nearly $15 for a child for a mediocre breakfast with little options and parking is $20 a day regardless if you are a guest or not. It is in a nice area and only 6 minutes from the children’s museum which was very nice.
