No stars!! Ordered on Groupon as others here have stated. The company doesn’t understand when you write to them. It’s very confusing and unclear when they write back. Anyway, my order from 6/22 still has zero movement on tracking # & it’s now 7/6. On Groupon, their info says items should be delivered within 2-5 days… So many complaints about this company why does Groupon continue with them? I’m going to dispute the charge if I don’t get package soon. They’re no help.

Bait and switch. Scam operation. I ordered a SPECIFIC brand mask that I'd had before. It is NOT what they sent me. I am just one of MANY that paid for a certain product but received something else. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Horrible experience with Hit Beauty! Was connected with them through an app: Groupons, I don't know if I ever would of been in contact with this seller had it not been for Groupons. (Which also deserves a zero star review) Bought $188.00 worth of hair extensions that claimed to be 100% human hair. I even contacted them via chat to ENSURE AND VERIFY that there were indeed human hair and not combined with synthetic hair. They promised me to be genuine, human hair. The product was EVA CLip In Extensions 9 pcs. 100% Remy human hair. When they arrived I opened a package and immediately noticed how around 30% of the stands had that crinkle or tiny wave, like burnt plastic, to them. But even worse, they were far from dark brown - they were AUBURN. (Which is red brown) Nothing close to dark brown and the hair was already processed once. When i spend close to 200.00 for hair... I want to be able to color it, curl it or use a hair dryer with it. But with the percentage of synthetic hair in the extensions- that was not possible. Have contacted the merchant over 7 or 8 times requesting a return address and rma # , which they keep ignoring. The last time i got a response said this... "We already talk about this. The color is not we take the return" although they still have not provided me a return address. Contacted Groupons's customer service regarding this purchase and all they could say is "Did you answer the merchants emails?" Zero stars for Groupons as well!!!!

Ordered 20 makeup brush set through Groupon. Package took 2 weeks to arrive, only 9 brushes in the package....and they do not answer the phone. HORRIBLE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. BUYER BEWARE

This place has a variety of beauty products with great loads of selections to choose from. I liked about many different items having a promotion going on which you get 20% off when you purchase over $30. That made me want to buy more to qualify for the discount. The interior is clean, staffs were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely come back to shop for more in the future. Highly recommended!

Ordered Jumbo Hair Rollers, they sent me large ones. I have been looking all over for jumbo rollers and thought I had finally found them. I would never order these small rollers as I have longish hair and it would never dry!

Like so many others I ordered a CC Beanie through Groupon and never received it. I contacted Groupon letting them know they should take this company off their site, so nobody else gets scammed. This is my first time being scammed by a Groupon company, usually everything works great. I will definitely check all companies, if I ever order anything from Groupon again. ?

I ordered from groupon, USPS says my package was delivered but I never received product. It's now been 2 weeks. I emailed USPS and they are looking into it. Reading these reviews and seeing similar stories I believe I was scammed. Do not order from HIT BEAUTY .

Great customer service, but the store hours are not accurate. I arrived at 3:45 on Friday and they were already closed. I called earlier and they told me they would be open until 5pm
