Man the operations manager Vivi really helped find some items i was looking for throughout the store. 10/10 customer service, this man needs a raise! He even helped me power up a light to see the brightness. Great guy !

Bought a new cub cadet. I got home and the battery was bad. I tried charging it but kept ready bad battery. I called store and ask if I could just bring the battery to exchange and they told me no. They said to bring in the whole mower so they could ship back and get it replaced I was like but it's the battery. No luck . Smh

Today my husband and I went to this store looking for some specific items. Imon assisted us with a smile and was just so helpful. He didn’t seem bothered at all and helped us to the very end. I will return to this store if that’s the customer service I experience. He is awesome!!!

Every time I come to this Home Depot, when you ask for help from one of the associates the number one response is that's not my department. At least point me in the direction of someone that could help me, don't just walk away. It looks like Home Depot does not care about customer service.

Called to get a quote on paint Kept sending me over and over and over and then answer just to hang up stupid ass people typical of them. I can only imagine who works there.

Just went by and they have a forklift barricading the front door and they said they are closed
