I called the store to buy a blink 2 mini camera and they told me they had 4 in stock when I get to the store an old lady named Carolina helps me she told me that she couldn't look for the camera for me because she couldn't move the cameras to check if they were behind the cameras she told me that if they weren't there it was because they had been stolen and she told me that cameras are always stolen check the cameras to see what I'm telling you is true and she served me in a very bad way and that is no way to treat a customer who comes to simply buy a product and she was not able to help me find it she told me that they were surely stolen without even trying to look for them they should fire her or tell her to treat customers better I continued to show her that there were 4 in stock on the app and she told me that she couldn't move the cameras in front because that is not her job she says she has been with the company for more than 30 years because she hasn't learned anything about how to help customers

HORRIBLE!! I made an online purchase and waited at curbside pickup for over 35 minutes. No one ever came to my truck, although I checked in. I decided to go in and ask if they still had curbside pickup. They called someone to tell them I was waiting. Someone finally brought my order on a cart to customer service after waiting 10 additional minutes. While exiting the store, I was stopped and held to verify I bought the item, even after showing my order receipts, ready for pick up emails and texts. I ended up taking my order to my truck on my own. No curbside service at all. If I hadn’t gone in, I would still be waiting for someone. Needless to say, I won’t ever expect curbside pick up from this location or make an online purchase from this location. The whole transaction took at least an hour.

Went there twice today to get window blinds. Trying to find an employee to get one trimmed revealed nothing but laziness and apathy. One employee (Ruben) laughed and said he didn’t know how and hadn’t learned so he wouldn’t have to do it. I guess he thinks this is funny. I’d fire him on the spot as that’s a lousy attitude to exhibit to customers. Maybe it was just that department, but I get better service at Lowe’s.
Finally, another employee (Faith) came and did an efficient job with courtesy. I guess it’s hard to get good help.

Interested in the mower product and the tires is bad so tryna asked for discount but manager of the store act like they don’t need sale 😂. Manager name Donald is literally in the building and not even tryna come out to communicate to Us and make us wait for 30-50 mins. Terrible place to shop and i hope yall improve ur employee 🙏

Every time I do roadie at this location its always a problem with me picking up online orders . Like today the employees going to tell me they can not give me paperwork and I had to aruge with one of the employee’s. On top of them having attitudes when i told them i do roadie every single day. This location always gives me a hard time , every other home depot i go to makes sure I leave with paperwork. Time went by and they finally gave me my paperwork that i need to verify the order.
Mr. Christen customer service was not the best at all, he and two other employees was working with me (i didn’t get their names cause i was pissed off) catching attitudes , telling me im wrong i do not need paperwork.
As a third party company, we as workers should not go through experience with home depot but yet we are & WHOEVER SEES THIS AND THE WORKS FOR ROADIE PLEASE BE SAFE AND PUT YOUR GUARD UP

The customer Service at this location is HORRIBLE. I have to go there 3 times a week minimum, and if its a bigger order, I order online for Pick Up. I get notified its ready, and its usually a few hours before I can break away to go pick it up, and its ALWAYS A Hassle. ALWAYS. Today, I go 8 hours after notified its ready. I get there, go to the same area they load me in all the time, checked in and was asked if Im parked over at the Pick up and I say yes. I sat there for over 30 minutes waiting for my order. I go in to check on it, and no one knows where it is...It was found in the middle of the isle by the Help Desk, just sitting there. I asked to speak with a manager due to constant issues, and the manager doesnt even want to come speak with me. I have to push this big order thru the store to find isles big enough to go down, and asked if theyd at least get someone to help me load it.... Well, no one showed to Help. I wrestled the materials in my truck by myself. Took me an hour and half to "Pick Up" an order that was ready. My company spends just shy of a Million Dollars at HD Yearly, and this is the WORST experience Ive had. And they werent even busy, probably the LEAST amount of people Ive seen in there. Im glad this project is almost done, and I will not have to use this location any longer.

Worst location to deal with. I placed an online order to have my items deliver today. They cancel items and reschedule it without asking me , informing me , or. Communicating. When I called to inquiry the representative on the phone stated well I don’t know there’s nothing I can do you can talk to the manager. Wow Home Depot do better the Pasadena location always calls when there’s issues with online orders and very attentive. Maybe the person managing this location should go learn some customer service transfer skills from his peers. Absolutely appalled with your employees lack of concern and ownership. Didn’t even have a reason why one item was cancelled. Someone from leadership should be reviewing this experiencing that impact the consumer experience.

40 minutes waiting in line, only one cashier while 3 others are just standing there...do they really need 3 people to solve something? I know they don't give a $#it about your time, but for us, construction workers, time is money.
