We got to this homedepot 5min to close. I understand it’s right at the end of the day but all the door were locked. I tried knocking and seeing if anyone was there but nothing. I knew exactly what I was going to buy because I looked on the Home Depot app to go straight to it. It’s disappointed that it’s supposed to close at 10 but it was close at 9:55… I wonder if it had been closed long before. I work in customer service so I understand it’s annoying when a customer comes in to your store the last few minutes but that’s why you have store hours. Unless Home Depot has a rule about closing its doors early that was announced and I didn’t see the doors should lock at 10.

One of the women in the garden center wasn't very helpful. Also, I saw a customer walk out of the garden area with a pot and a big bag of who knows what, and who knows if she paid for it.

I bought a makita angle grinder a year ago I bought a two years protection plan I registered to Allstate and everything and now that I wanted to replace it cause it stopped working I couldn’t no one did nothing to help me out at this store and this is where I bought it really bad experience there’s no point to buy products with protection plans at this store costumer service was rude to me like no helping me out at all

Was asked multiple times if I needed help. Made shopping there a little less stressful. Love that the app worked in store to locate items, sometimes I have problems using the app in other stores.

The only reason I give a 3 is because you normally go to Home Depot and never need assistance. If I scored on service alone, it would be a 1 star. This store is truly a DIY location. If you need help, go to another store. You won't get it here. Employees stand around talking to each other and don't offer the service that Home Depot normally provides.

This location is a hit or miss. Really dislike that there is not a central entrance. Have to put thought as to where you park, especially when it’s raining. There are a few workers that can make the trip a pleasant one.

Lumber department needs a manager or if they want they could hire me to stand around on my phone. Cause don’t ask to get boards ripped because they get deer headlights and are just lazy. Worthless management fault plus it was really slow

Dingy and poor lighting, associates strolling around in groups doing nothing, the one in Spring Valley is much better and clean and better service.

Went to self check out, did my thing, then some gal came up to me telling me I did not pay when I did. She said no no, it did not go through, charged me again and it has been a fiasco trying to get my money back, still don't have my funds. Shady employees here, even worse customer assistance trying to correct the shady actions of it's employee.
