Probably the worse HD I’ve ever gone to. Take out the exit sign near the customer service line if it’s not an actual exit to the outside. You can’t expect people to walk one way in and one way out when the signs are confusing and your employees are condescending and rude about exiting from a certain area. Too long lines, not enough employees cashiering, and you have products blocking the main common entrance and exits which is probably a big safety and OSHA violation. Will never go back here again. I’ll report to OSHA.

This location sucks. Self checkout doesn't work unless a cashier checks you out, which makes no sense when there is a regular checkout line.. Someone directs people to the lines inappropriately, leading to 3 people behind us in line getting checked out before us. Definitely poorly managed.

The store had some of the items that I wanted. The one thing I wanted was out of stock. I can say the paint guy made my experience so good. He helped me get the paint I needed. I only had a little piece of it. He was so nice and talked to me about everything. I can tell he loves his job. I wish there were helpers around the store that you can ask questions or get help. I know one thing they sure have help at the checkout.

My family and I were uncomfortable in this Home Depot. When asking for help employees were very rude and have a lot of attitude.
It’s the guy with the lazy eye. He looks like he works in the back because of his lack of basic customer service skills.
He even insulted me as he was storming off looking for what I asked him to help me with.

Alain the cashier has horrible customer service, he has worst customer service
I had the most frustrating experience at this store today. The cashier, who didn't even bother wearing a name tag, displayed the worst customer service I've ever encountered. From the moment I approached the counter, they refused to make eye contact and kept sighing loudly as if my presence was a huge inconvenience.
When I asked a simple question about a product's price, they rolled their eyes and mumbled an incoherent response. Their attitude was completely unprofessional - they were texting on their phone while ringing up my items and didn't even acknowledge me when I handed over my payment.
To make matters worse, they practically threw my change at me and didn't bother to bag my items properly, just carelessly tossing everything together. When I pointed out that they had scanned one item twice, they acted like I was being difficult and took forever to void the extra charge, making dramatic gestures the entire time.
I've been a regular customer here for years, but this experience was absolutely unacceptable. The management needs to seriously address their staff's customer service training. I'll be taking my business elsewhere until this improves.

We had issues where the chain prices were not displayed correctly, and there were incorrect prices. For example, two locks were priced at $35, and four identical locks were also priced at $35, which didn’t make sense. However, everyone was very kind and helpful when assisting us.

It's very dark in the parking lot at night, it's dangerous. I don't know why, since they sell a lot of lights, it's ridiculous.
Also, the high prices they have for everything this multi-million dollar store sells, it's already chilling to go in there.

My online purchased, store picked up #585 was stressful and inconvenient. My order #WM74233799. This order was purchased june 28th and supposed to arrive july 8-11 and I understand the issue about the weather, so i waited and as i tracked my order it shows the arrival is on july 12 2:31pm and its received by the home depot employee. I started driving to the store before they close and i was expecting to get my order. Arrive at the store, Customer service check my order and said, it haven’t arrive till the 17th of july, i dont know why? but they just got me waited for nothing and left the store disappointed and frustrated! I had all the information of the shipment of my order so please don’t try to make an excuse!Never experienced anything like this and this will be the last from this store.

Sadly in this store you have to beg the employees to help you , and when you ask for help that it's not their department or they don't know where are the things you looking for are at, or they are on brake or they are too busy talking with other employees my question is if you don't have no type of customer service experience or if you don't like to deal with customers why you look for this kind of job, what's worst the person who hire them should put then in training before they go on the floor and keep and eye that they are doing what they suppose to do.
