John in plumbing was simply awesome. I walked in asked couple questions and he knew exactly what I needed and sent me on my way. Great customer service. Angii in customer service was so nice and helpful as well. There’s a wonderful guy named Scott that I’ve seen working several areas, he’s always so nice and helpful as well

I have been using their delivery service for the past several orders. Only had one issue when a driver left my order on my lawn, not my porch. Other than that, they offer a good selection of products, comparative market pricing, and curbside order service.

Takes longer to check out than it does to pick up what you need. Single file self checkout Lane and the pro services had a single person working in the middle of a Saturday. Only plus is they have a better lumber selection than Lowe's.

Do not buy a dryer from Home Depot, and definitely avoid buying an LG dryer. I purchased one in 2023, and from day one, it made terrible noises. I had Home Depot set it up and paid $1,000 for LG Dryer. When I called the next day about the issue, they told me to contact with the manufacturer. However, LG never sent anyone to my home to look at the dryer. Now that we are out of the manufacturer's warranty period, we had to pay for our own technician. They determined that the motor is the source of the noise. Now I'm out a 1000 dollars. Thank you.

Pretty tired of this Home Depot already. Been coming here since 2016 and it’s always difficult to find an associate to help you with anything. You see most of them standing around talking while you have venders out here being annoying asking to upgrade some services on your house but on a side note they seem to be trying to give more help than the actual employees here. Hope management change some things around here

I was in the store Jan13 and left my phone on a shelf by the mops. I retuned about 20minutes later and it was not at customer service. A young lady named Sarah asked if she could help me. She checked with folks in the back and other employees to see if they had by chance picked it up. She allowed me to use her phone to call my husband to see if he look at " find my phone". it was still in the store. While she went to customer service to see if it had been turned in since I had asked I went to the registers ask the employee there. Sure enough it had been turned in to a cashier! Needless I was very happy. I thanked Sarah for going out if her way to help me. A great employee!!
