40 minutes waiting in line, only one cashier while 3 others are just standing there...do they really need 3 people to solve something? I know they don't give a $#it about your time, but for us, construction workers, time is money.

*UPDATE* I visited the store at 6am on the Wednesday after Beryl and the Manager CHAD provided the best customer service experience I've ever had. Not only did he initiate contact and answer my question, but he observed the shopping list in my hand and offered assistance in completing it. Chad deserves BIG recognition for going above and beyond, especially at such a stressful time in the area.

Wife & I arrived shopping for a storm door. Representative Tony was eager to help us in selecting the right door for our project. He transported the door to the front where we encountered another outstanding employee named Angelic. She was very friendly and well spoken.
